Chapter 7

TobiasPOV

I search the dresser for something; then I find it. I pull it out.
A small box, with a red ribbon wrapped around it.
I hand it to Tris.
"I thought I might get you something special." I say.
Tris takes the box in her hands. "Oh Tobias." She says.
"You know you don't have to get me anything." She says.
"Maybe I want too." I say.
She carefully undoes the ribbon and opens the box.
A necklace.

A heart to show my love for her, and black and grey diamonds to represent two factions: Abnegation and Dauntless.
She starts to tear up.
"Tobias..its beautiful." As tears start to fall down her face.
She wraps me in a big hug. I kiss her forehead.
"I love you." I say
"I love you too." She says.
I look at the clock. 7:00pm.
"We better get dressed and head to dinner before they get suspicious." She nods in agreement.
We quickly get dressed.
I throw on a tight black shirt, jeans, and combat boots.
Tris puts on a sleeveless shirt, showing off her tattoos, tight jeans and her combat boots.
She puts her hair back and takes out the neckless I got her. She hands it to me.
"Can put on for me?" She asks.
I nod. She turns around, facing the mirror, and I put the necklace around her neck. I put the clips together. I put my hands down and wrap my arms around her waist and rest my chin on her shoulder.
I kiss her neck slowly.
She sighs.
"Ready?" I ask. She nods.
When I lock the door, we walk hand in hand down to the cafeteria.
On the way Tris asks "when is initiation?"
I say "in about 3 mouths. Why?"
"I was just curious." She relays.
I nod.
When we enter the cafeteria, we spot our friends at our table and walk over to them.
"TRIS! FOUR! SO GREAT TO SEE YOU GUYS AGAIN!" yells
Uriah.
We all laugh.
TrisPOV

I sit down next Christina while Tobias gets our food.
"What took you so long? Dinner is almost over?" Says Christina. "Were you getting freaky?" She asks with a smirk. I roll my eyes.
I pull out my phone and text her.
Me: a little.
Christina's phone buzzes. She pulls it out. She looks at me and giggles.
Christina: Really freaky or just messing around.
Me: We were playing a couples game.
Christina: You have to tell me what its called.
"I will." I say out loud.
She smiles at me.
Tobias hands Me a burger and sets down a huge piece of Dauntless Cake in between us.
"So Tris, we saw what you posted on snapchat." Says Marlene with a smirk.
I blush.
"And?" I ask.
"Did you have fun?" She says laughing.
I blush again. So does Tobias.
I look down at my burger.
"Hey Marlene I saw your snap, what was it... Oh yeah. You were riding Uriah weren't you?" Says Christina.
We all laugh.
Marlene and Uriah blush.
"Ok so what do you guys want to do on our days off?" Asks Zeke, taking a big bite of his burger.
"Im honestly out of ideas." Says Uriah.
We all think for a moment.
"I'll text you guys when I think of one." Says Zeke. We all agree.
Christina looks at my neck.
"Shit Tris is that a hickey?" Says Christina.
Everyone stares at me. I nod.
"Do you have one to Four?" Asks Will.
Tobias turns his head to the side to show the hickey I gave him. It looks as purple as mine and we just gave them.
"Damn what were you to doing?" Asks Lynn.
"We were playing truth or dare." Replies Tobias.
"What kind of truth or dare?" Asks Uriah.
"A couples one." Says Christina.
I nod. Marlene walks over to me and I show it to her.
She smiles.
"Me and Uriah would do great at this game." She says.
I giggle.
She shows everyone at the table, then hands me back my phone.
"Now we know what you guys play." Says Lynn with a laugh.
Everyone joins her.
After I finished my burger I start to eat the cake. Tobias joins me.
"Tris want to go late night shopping with me?" She asks.
"Sure." I say. When Me and Tobias finish the cake I wave bye to our friends and Me and Chris head to the store.
When we get to the first store I find me some nike workout bras and pants. I grab some lounge outfits as well.
When we finish we head to the next store.
Shoes.
I grab me a pair of running shoes and a pair of high heals Christina insists I get.
We go to the next store.
Dresses.
This store has the most beautiful dresses.
We both decide on buying 4.
I search around the store.
Unable to decide. Then my eyes land on one. I grab it and try it on. It's perfect. Strapless, long, different blue shaded dress. I love it.
