greetings

I told you I loved you,
but it came out like this:
"Hello."
You told me you felt different,
though it sounded like,
"Goodbye."

(notice how they're all getting progressively shorter as i'm getting progressively lazier; but the christmas term holiday is coming up in a week so i'll have threeish weeks to get some lengthiness in there.

also, note that when i write about the idea of love, i don't just mean romantic confessions to significant others. this one in particular is familial, and some of the others are, too. but, y'know, not that important. most are still lovey-dovey.
