Austin's pov
"What was that all about John?" I asked
"What do you mean?
"The phone call?"
"Oh, that? that was just my dad. He kinda wants me to meet him at a dinner" John said nervously
"Well that's great, I'm starving! And
I hope they have pancakes!" I remarked excitedly
"Austin, his dad can't see us. He can't know that we snuck out" Ally said flicking my head
"Owwwww. And Ohhhh, yeaaaaa"
"It's all good, I have a plan. It should work" John said. Just the idea of him having a plan makes me nervous. I mean what if he wants to kill me and take Ally away. I still don't really trust the dude.
"Well what is it?" Ally questioned
"I'm going to go eat with my dad, you guys will hide in my car, then, I'll give you the keys and you guys drive the hell out of here, just get as far away as possible" John said
"Wait? Your letting us drive take car?" I asked
"No, I'm letting you drive my car, Austin"
"Wait, Why not me?" Ally asked
"Because you haven't passed drivers ed yet" John said
"Shhhh, could you not yell that to the world" ally repeated
"Wait, you didn't pass driving school?" I chuckled
"No, I will pass when I go, I haven't gone yet, though. Why would you tell him John?"
"Haha, I'm ahead of you for once with smart stuff!"
"Smart stuff?" Ally mocked
"Yea" I replied rolling my eyes. "For once someone was giving you a compliment, you should say 'thank you' instead of being sassy"
"What ever. Let's just get out of here" Ally rolled her eyes
"I'm just surprised you can't drive"
"I can drive, I just didn't go to driving school. I'm going to go soon, it's not a big deal, can you let it go"
"Why didn't you want me knowing... I know why... cause you like me." I stated smirking
"Do not" she said
"Hey, it's ok to deny it. Sooner or later you will kiss me and then I'll know that you like me a-"
"Guys. We are here. Please Hide and when I go inside, leave, and drive away" John said
"Are you sure?" Ally questioned. "What if you dad finds us?"
"I'll tell him someone stole my car" John shrugged
"But then won't he just call the police and they'll track it?" I asked
