Christmas Update

Hermione's POV
When we arrived it was pretty late.
"Hey, Drake, I'm going to give Athena a bath," I say to Draco.
"Ok, love I'll wait after her," he says.
"Nice try. After me."

I ran the restroom with Athena in my arms a diaper and some clothes along with a bag of baby toiletries. I start a warm bath putting in Athena. Then, I throw in a changing color bath bomb. I use a sponge to wash her little body with a small yellow a sponge covered in baby body wash. She giggles watching the bomb when I notice how she is changing. Her size is a bit bigger and her hair is tad longer.  I lather some shampoo that smelled like vanilla and strawberries on her white blond curls. After I rinse out the shampoo I wrap her around a towel and I change the size of her diaper so it is bigger. Her pajamas were adjusted with magic so they fit her. I put her diaper on her and a coat her a lotion she hat prevents dry skin and smells like strawberries. I put her in a white knee-length nightgown and a pair of white socks. I brushed her curls back and I dried them. She giggles as a small warm breeze came from my wand.

"Mu-mum!"
I drop the wand.
"Draco!"
"What, woman?" Draco asked pretending to be annoyed. He grins at me.
"Daddy! Mu-mum!"
Draco picks her up kissing her cheek. His eyes full of pride for his baby.
"Love, she said my name first," exclaimed Draco with a huge grin. Why boost his ego more Athena?

I slap the back of his head chuckling.
"What was that for lady?"
"For rubbing it in. Oh, and for bragging. It's rude," I said kissing him. He tries to pretend he is mad but slowly begins to smile.

"Don't be jealous."

"I'm going to take my little princess with me so you can shower," he says. I shower quickly with my citrus fruit shampoo. I throw on a deep purple silk nightgown. It is short and is lined in white lace. The straps cross at the bottom of my back so I throw on a slightly longer white silk robe lined in purple. I brush my hair and I dry it so it hangs loosely in curls. I head down to see Athena and Draco together. Those two.

I will miss Athena when she is gone but for now I will enjoy having her as much as I can. Later, Draco and I will have a whole new Malfoy girl or boy.
"Hey, love," I say to Draco.
"Now, it's my turn," he says heading up holding his clothes after kissing my cheek. I smile and begin to bounce Athena.

She giggles lightly and I grin thinking I could get used to this.
"Mum!"
I get my wand out to dry her curls. She giggles at the warm breeze that hits her cheeks. After her hair is completely dry, I use a white hairband to hold her curls in a small messy bun.

"How are my two favorite girls?"
I turn around to see a shirtless Draco wearing a pair of deep plum purple pajama pants.
"Daddy!"
"We are doing fine. Now it's time for Athena to go to sleep," I say. She hops into Draco's arms and I giggle at how cute they are.

"Really, what if I don't want to sleep?"
"Then, you can stay awake and risk looking like a raccoon tomorrow. Then, you'll be grumpy because you didn't get your beauty sleep," I say matter of factly. He groans carrying Athena to her nursery. He sets her on the bed and I pull the covers over her.

"Mum! Daddy!"

"Ha! I'm first!" I say. Draco rolls his eyes amused. I grin at him. Athena goes to sleep and we head to our room.
I jump on the bed.
"Really, Ms. Granger?" Draco says with a perfect white blond eyebrow raise. I shrug still bouncing on the bed. I stop when I see Draco get in it. I lay down next to him because I can no longer jump on the bed.

I curl up to my side with my head to his chest. Slowly we both fall asleep.
The next day we wake up and I go to the restroom to brush my hair. I decide to do my hair in a messy bun with two curls on either side of my face. I threw on a pair of black spandex leggings, a loose green woven sweater, a white scarf and a pair of brown leather boots. I pick up some clothes for Athena which are very simple. They are a pair of white leggings, a red woven sweater and a pair of tan moccasins and a zebra scarf. I go wake her up and I help her brush her teeth. She giggles when I tickle her accidentally. After she rinses her mouth I change her into her clothes. Her hair is still a little bit tangled so I brush it out and I pull up her hair in a bun similar to mine.

"Daddy!"

"Hey, princess, you look lovely. Mum also looks lovely," he says grinning before he goes to the bathroom.

"Would you mind choosing my clothes so we can leave faster," asks Draco. I grin. I bring out a pair of black pants for Draco along with a green V-neck sweater and a pair of brown shoes. His hair was tousled and he looks great. He walks over and kisses me.
"I swear, I could get so used to this," he says. I giggle.
"You read my thoughts," I say to him. He grins at me. Athena pulls his cheeks and I laugh. Draco will be and amazing father one day.

"Let's go get breakfast before they close," I say to Draco.
