"Miss Lorenz, Mr Stark does not like to be lied to – especially if they are trying to work for him. He was engaged with the ideas of creating machines to do the hard work with the modifications of the engine, it intrigued him to collect the idea and start creating the machine itself. He was impressed with the degrees you received in school and the knowledge of engineering you have." Mr Jarvis said, he was Mr Starks Assistant or many say 'butler', he was interviewing her in his office as Mr Starks office was a lab.

Anneliese was reading the paper about the beginning of the war, her father had already signed up and was one of the few dead, her mother was unlucky during child birth and died from blood loss. Her father left, after seeing the newspaper leaving Anneliese heart broken, her father left without saying good- bye. Anneliese walked to the living room grabbing here knitting tools and turning the radio on, she was like this until she heard message of an assistant in the lab for Mr Stark. Anneliese was in love with science and engineering, a world where women are not taken seriously, her father said his mother was like her but never made it I the world.

Her father always wanted the best for Anneliese, growing up with abuse was excepted, he swore to him he would look after his child as well as possible. When Anneliese wanted something he taught her how to earn it, when Anneliese wanted to go to school and learn science he tried his best to get tutors to teach her. Her father got her where she was. And one simple message from the Army made a unwavering promise to herself to get a job in a mans world.

"As I said, Mr Stark was impressed and is okay to let the lie slip past him, he wants to know when you can start" Anneliese was shocked. No laughs? No jokes? She succeeded?

"I can start right now" she barely whispered

"Great," Mr Jarvis got up and walked towards the door, holding it open for Anneliese to walk though "Mr Stark would love to talk to you now"
