"But I didn't even get to bang on the wall and say go best friends those are my best friends you better f–"

"You are ridiculous." Jungkook laughed as he began to make his way to the door. "I should get going."

"You don't wanna stay and wait for Tae?"

"Hell no, he left for a reason." The younger rolled his eyes. He wasn't stupid. He knew Tae was probably rethinking his entire life at that very moment.

"Alright, well I'll text you."

"Don't forget that classes start tomorrow." He rushed as he was about to close the door behind him, snickering to himself.

"Fuck you." Jimin groaned, reminded of what he dreaded most.

Jungkook took his walk of shame back to his dorm; no shame included as he was highly proud of himself– so it was really just a walk. He was in definite need of a shower since he just felt so dirty– he loved it.

He knew his roommate had gone to the party too, so he wanted to check up on him. He knocked on his door, but got no response.

"Yugyeom, you alive bro?" Still nothing.

He walked in, expecting what he saw and yet still regretted it. Of course he would be with a girl. He retreated straightway, backing up and out the doorway before shutting the door softly to not awake the two.

"Wow a shower sounds like a lovely way to wash that image out of my memory."

He sent Jimin a text saying he arrived safely and about the horror he had just witnessed.

Jimin decided it was best to just wait for Taehyung to return and not to go out searching. He wasn't too worried, he figured Tae just needed a breather after waking up and taking in the deed that had been done. Jimin needed a shower himself, so he did just that and got comfortable so that he could spend the rest of the day in bed.

By the time he was done changing and ready to cuddle with his pillow, Taehyung still hadn't come back. He frowned, wondering what he could possibly be doing. He could've at least taken his phone so that Jimin would be able to reach him. He said he wouldn't be worried but he couldn't help but be a little concerned.

----------

Taehyung thanked Hoseok for letting him unwind a bit and promised a favor in return. They parted ways shortly after, but Taehyung chose not to go back to his dorm. Instead, the boy ventured onto campus, thinking about Jimin and their friendship.

Even though he shouldn't feel guilty, he did. Everything Hoseok said was correct, yet, it was impossible for Tae to forgive himself. He had to keep repeating to himself that they weren't together– which only hurt him more in the long run.

He sat down at a bench, head in his hands. Sighing, his mind flipped through hundreds of memories.

For him, Jimin had always been there. He'd always put a smile on his face whenever he was feeling down, he'd always be supportive of anything he did, he was just there for literally anything. Tae was so incredibly grateful, and that turned into admiration which turned into romantic feelings. He couldn't act on those feelings because they were just best friends after all. He knew Jimin didn't feel something beyond love in a friend type of way.

He couldn't face him yet, so he stayed at the bench, waiting until he grew some confidence back to walk into his dorm with a straight face.

As he thought about it some more, he remembered what Jungkook said. "Are you scared I know about your unrequited love for him?" It couldn't be that obvious, could it? Jimin hadn't caught on– or so he knew of. He thought he was pretty good at putting on a strong front.

The whole Yoongi thing was his first slip up. He wasn't usually one to get jealous. Jimin had flirted with plenty of guys in front of him before. It never really bothered him. But for some reason he felt threatened by Yoongi, and it was probably because he recognized him from their school almost immediately, and he didn't like that fact that Jimin would have the opportunity to continue his advances on him. When Jimin wanted something, he would go for it– even if it involved stalking and making a fool out of himself.

----------

Hoseok checked up with Namjoon– which was his original plan before he bumped into Taehyung– and returned to his dorm where he found Yoongi still on the couch reading a book.

"Did Jimin wake up?" He asked, plopping down next to him.

"Yeah, he left around half an hour ago." He nodded, not looking up from the page he was reading.

"And how'd that go?"

"He's quite an interesting character." The corner of his lip twitched a bit.

"So are you interested in him?"

"He's cute." He stated simply.

"But are you interested in him?" Hoseok repeated. He pieced together Taehyung's story and knew Tae had a thing for Jimin. He wanted to root for Taehyung, but if his best friend liked Jimin that would become a different story.

"Why do you care so much?" Yoongi questioned, closing his book and turning towards him. Hoseok shrugged. "Are you sure you're not interested in him?" He furrowed his eyebrows, recalling how the younger said the boy wasn't his type. Hoseok was so curious about him though, so Yoongi couldn't help but wonder if he had grown an interest. And if that were the case, he wouldn't blame him.

"I'm not." He denied instantly, adding a shake of his head.

"Okay, then let's drop the subject."

The two just looked at each other for a moment before Hoseok spoke up again. "But I think we'll be seeing a lot more of him."

Yoongi laughed, agreeing. "Very likely since he does have a habit of following me."

"It doesn't bother you?"

"It is kind of weird." He admitted.

"That doesn't answer my question."

"I don't know. Now let me read, okay?" Yoongi turned his attention back towards his book and picked up where he left off.

Hoseok dropped it. He decided he wouldn't get himself too involved. Getting up, he grabbed a water bottle from the kitchen before going to his room.
