the girl who used
to sit by the edge of this roof
used to be an artist
did you know that?
she painted smiles
on other people's faces
but she couldn't paint
one on hers
and you know,
the only time
she did paint a smile
on her face
was the first
and last time she did
because that smile
she painted was the
feeling of happiness
instead of an empty void
that she could finally end
it here with a mere jump
