Ava's P.O.V

"Are you sure?" I asked for the hundredth time as my dad stood there patiently waiting for me to leave with Theo, "you and Stiles turned out fine, I think I can handle my grandson for a couple of hours." He assured me, practically pushing Theo and I out the door, insisting that we go out and relax for the first time in a month. "I turned out amazing but Stiles is a little questionable." I answered, knowing full well that Stiles could here. "Babe, come on." Theo murmured, growing impatient, he's been going on and on about this date for a week now. "Fine." I gave in, glancing at Chase and my dad one more time before forcing myself out the door.

"What if-" "shh, he will be fine." Theo cut me off as he shut the truck door for me, I sighed, leaning my head against the seat, determined to try not to think about him, but it's just so hard. "Breathe, baby. Your dads not gonna do anything wrong." Theo chuckled as he drove down the road, I looked over at him, just like I did on our first date, my head against the seat as I secretly looked at him. "I can feel your eyes burning into my head." He said, I blushed as I looked away and towards the road in front of us. "You're not!" I exclaimed as the bowling alley came into view, I couldn't help but laugh as I covered my face with my hands.

"I can't believe this was over a year ago." I gasped as we walked in, we had only been together a few months when I got pregnant, and now here we are, one baby later. "You just made me feel old." He sighed, then laughing at the irony because he's really not old at all. "My poor, poor, nineteen year old boyfriend, however shall you live?" I asked over dramatically as he walked up to the counter to pay for our games. "Aw, you remembered my shoe size." I laughed as he handed me the correct size bowling shoes. "Of course I did." He said it as if it was obvious, wow, having a baby really did change us.

"We act like an old married couple, except we're young and not married." I told him, smiling as I rushed to beat him to the lane. "Haha!" I stuck my tongue out at him as I beat him there, meaning I get to go first. "Cheater." He grumbled like a little boy and sat down, and I couldn't help but wonder if Chase was going to be like that in a few years.

"I think this is the part where we made a bet." Theo smirked as he stepped down from his spot in front of the lane, I picked up my bowling ball and nodded. "I think we're having Italian again." I joked, knowing he still makes fun of me for that, "ask anyone, they'll classify Olive Garden as Italian!" I defended, before rolling the ball down the lane. We both watched intently as it curved just enough to make it knock the pins down, I turned around cheering silently, only to find Theo with a smirk on his face, pointing behind me. I glanced back and saw one lone pin standing, I crossed my fingers as it swayed a little bit, finally falling to the ground.

"Were never coming back here again." Theo sighed as we walked out to the truck, "I love this place." I said just to push his buttons a little more. "You're no fun." I pouted jokingly as he, like usual, opened the truck door for me. He kissed me quickly making me smile, "I love you." He told me, so random, but cute. "I love you too, babe." I replied, tugging the door shut.

"My boy!" Theo cheered, entering my dad's living room to find Chase laying awake with my dad. "Dad." I sighed, knowing this messes up the entire schedule I've worked a month on, trying to get him used to it. "He wouldn't go down." My dad defended as Theo skillfully took Chase from him. By the end of the night, Theo was more anxious to see him then I was. "Whatever you say, dad." I told him as I gathered the things we left with him. "I don't know how you young people do it, I'm exhausted." He complained, rubbing his face as he sat up. I laughed looking at him, "believe me we're exhausted too." I assured him, standing up straight as Theo loaded Chase into the car seat. "Thanks again." I smiled at my dad, hugging him quickly before we hauled everything out to the truck.

"He's finally asleep." I sighed in relief as I crawled into bed, just putting Chase in his crib. "That's nice." Theo mumbled half out of it, his voice being muffled by part of his pillow. I tried to discreetly push Theo's arm off of my stomach as he laid across me, out of habit. "Baby." He whined, putting his arm back and tugging me closer, "Theo." I murmured pushing it off again. "What?" He asked, pulling his arm back, rolling me to face him. "Don't start this stuff, you had a baby a month ago you're allowed to have a stomach." He explained, in a hushed voice. I rolled my eyes but gave in and let him wrap his arm around me.

He shoved his head back into his pillow and almost instantly fell asleep. "Goodnight." I said to myself since I was the only one who was awake.
