It's February 13th, also known as 'the day before the worst holiday ever.' I hate Valentine's Day, all the love, stupid candy, couples. Bleh. I've been alone every Valentines Day and grew a hatred towards it, but recently I'm starting to think that maybe I won't this time.
My crush, Asano, has been acting very strangely lately. We started talking recently, but he doesn't know about my liking towards him. Us not being in the same class takes a toll our conversations as well. Him being in Class A-1 and me being in Class B-1.
My friends have been saying that they're sure he likes me but I'm not quite sure. For example, he speaks French when we speak. I don't speak French so I'm not sure what he's saying.
"Asano-chan you were the closest so you get a prize! What do you want?" He thought for a minute and then put his adorable smile on.
"votre amour." I looked at him with confusion. Wait. Amour means love I know that. Wait what if it means your love?
My face heated up, I remembered my friend taught me some French just in case. I thought for a second, and then I got an idea. I smiled back and said "Vous l'avez déjá." He blushed as the bell rung.
"Sorry (N/N), I gotta go to class." And with that he was gone.

It is now the dreaded day. February 14th. I arrived at school with slight hope of Asano asking me out. But then I realized that he probably wouldn't, considering he could literally get any girl. So why me?
I opened my locker to a beautiful bouquet of (F/F)'s. I looked around to see if anyone was here but no one was. I kept them in there so they wouldn't get ruined and walked to my class.
After school I went to look for Asano so we could walk home together. I felt a tap on my shoulder and turned around to be met with Asano's gorgeous eyes.
"(N/N), je pense, je suis tombe en amour avec vous." His face was bright red as he confessed his feelings. I quickly Googled what the meaning was, my heart beat increasing with every word.
'I think I'm falling in love with you.'
I felt as if the whole world stopped and it was just me and Asano. I looked up at him and smiled. "I love you too, Asano-chan."
Then he sealed it with a kiss.
"(N/N), je t'aime." I giggled slightly.
"How'd I end up falling in love with a romantic dork like you?"

Sorry this was kinda trash. But it's half based on a true story. My  crush and I speak French so he won a thing I did so I asked what he wanted and he did say "your love" in French and I also did say that he already had it.
I wrote this like a week ago and now I'm not alone on Valentine's Day. The person that this one shot is based off of actually asked me out. He also confessed to me in French. How ironic.
