What on earth.......?????

I'm emotionally confused on this one...

Where on earth did this come from?

Like.... didn't Mettaton just pose seductively on Undyne's piano asking to be fed grapes, and the only reason Undyne tolerated it was because he's Alphys' friend? ( I know there is dialogue in-game that says something like this, but I can't remember exactly.)

Also isn't Undyne lesbian, meaning she doesn't like males?

I know some people argue on Mettaton's sexuality, but in-game he refers to himself as male, so I'm assuming he's a male.

I guess I just really don't understand the logic behind this one...
