Um... I have to say...no.

For one, that's still incest, which I disagree on, fictional or not. Also, I see Undyne as almost an older sister to the brothers, someone they may have looked up to as children, both literally and figuratively. She doesn't feel like someone either of them would have a romantic interest in, and the brothers both don't seem like people Undyne would have a romantic interest in.

So....yeahhh...
