Well, this is a lil' awkward... I know that I have already said this but... I really don't like selfcest... it's not my cup of tea... but let's at least look at their personalities so I can be somewhat fair...
Okay, so from my understanding, the reason people ship this is because death(Reaper) falls in love with Geno because he escaped death's grasp? I don't know...it doesn't really make sense to me since Soriel seems to be canon in the ReaperTale AU.
Also, they both seem to have the same personality (except one is hyped up on godly powers) which that would make any relationship awkward if you are too alike.
I don't really know.... I'm sorry, but it's not my favorite...
