"You think she'll care about these balloons?" Alexis asked her sister while taking a break from decorating.
"As long as grandma cooks she won't care about anything else." Mya said laughing.
Mya and Alexis had been decorating the house waiting for Beyoncé to get there. They wouldn't be able to go back home with her just yet but this was a step in the right direction.
Richard and Ms. Tina were preparing the food in the kitchen while Alexis and Mya were putting up the welcome home sign.
"I told you to use a chair because you're too short." Mya complained.

"I am not too short. The sign looks fine." Alexis said as they stood back to look at the sign.

The sign was not even at all. Alexis side was way shorter than Mya's. They heard the front door open and turned around.
Beyoncé walked through the door with Shawn helping with her luggage.

"Mommy!" Alexis yelled and went to hug her.
Beyoncé squatted down smiling awaiting her hug but was knocked completely over by Alexis. They laughed as Alexis kissed her cheek.
"Mommy, you're early." She said.
"I know I wanted to surprise you but I guess I got the surprise." She said sitting up and getting up.
