Sitting in the class with my head resting on the bench, I was thinking of what to do. How should I explain this to my brother? It's really hard for me to believe and impossible for him. I was staring at my hands holding the phone. Should I talk with someone? But with whom? Only if Loren was here, I could discuss it with him. He always had answers to my questions and he somewhat knows about my father, I didn't know what I told him back then. Here I again started thinking about him. Scrolling the contacts on the phone as if his number will magically pop up, I abruptly stopped the process when I saw Jacob's name. Should I call him? He might freak out more than I am and he'll be sleeping at this time. Damn! I just want to smash my head on the wall so that any solution my fall out. This is stupid. I stood up to move to the other class. I should get something that justifies his words.

Classes went by one after another. We got home and I was staring at the paper which he gave me. There was a number written on it. Should I call him and ask for some proof. I cannot talk to him, I'll be out of words if I call. I'll message him. Saved his number, I messaged him telling it's me. He replied instantly.

'Do you have a picture of my mother?' I asked. This was the best thing I can ask, I can't directly demand any validation, after all, he asked me do I believe him. He can take my question as 'I might want to see my mother', which is true though, I definitely want to see her. The proof thing will be a far guess.

After that question, I didn't get a reply. Whether he had a picture or not. Maybe he didn't have any, it's been years after all. Plugging the phone into the charger, I went to take a bath. When I was back, Adam was sitting on the bed.

"Want something?" I asked.

"You said you'll talk later about why you were crying." He said.

He remembered. I can't tell him anything now. He's bothered because I rarely cry. And I never cried in front of him until yesterday.

"Not now," I said and turned to unplug the charger.

"C'mon, I waited for more than 24 hours." He walked towards me. "By the way, your phone was buzzing."

"Since when did you start counting the hours," I asked. There were messages from him.

"Don't change the topic." He came and stood in front of me.

"I am busy right now, later Adam." I opened the messages.

"What are you doing?" He asked.

'Admund will not believe even if you show him her picture. You should find another way to convince him.'

This was the first message I got. Who was I fooling? A lawyer. Next was a picture, a picture of a woman sitting on a chair holding bouquet of white daisies. Her eyes were blue with long blonde hair, pinned at one side. Her lips were curled up into a smile. She was wearing a long blue dress covering her whole form. Her features resemble mine, but she was more beautiful than me.

"Who's she?" Adam asked.

"Do not peek at other's phone." I locked my phone.

"Levy, what's going on?" He asked.

Since when he became concerned about what I do or not.

"What's wrong with you?" I asked.

"You." He snapped and turned to walk out. I stopped him.

Sitting on my knees in front of him I said. "Adam there's nothing wrong with me. I'll let you know everything, give me some more time."

"Ok," He hugged me. "And please don't cry." And said.
