Chapter 17

It was evening and I was walking at the beach, looking at the dolphins that jumped up from the sea. The sun hasn’t hit the water line jet but it was close, I was on my way down to the bar. I had a light blue beach dress on and my hair was loose, and a pair of sun glasses on my head and no shoes on my feet. I walked into the bar and saw Tom taking orders from the others, he wore his typical clothes a white short-sleeved shirt and black beach shorts. Alice had a short red party dress on and matching shoes. Jack was dressed like a hip hop boy, loose pants and big T-shirt and really ugly shoes and some ‘bling’. Fred was like he always were, Green hippie pants and a white tank top to boys and no shoes. They were sitting at one of the round tables at the mini terrace outside the bar.

“Hey guys” I said as I come over to them

“Hey Stacy” they replied I took a chair and sat it next to Fred

“Nice dress Alice” I complemented

“Thanks some weirdo gave it to me this morning, while complaining over the persons’ life” she answered

“You want anything Stace?” Tom asked

“Hm… why don’t you surprise me” I answered with a smile

“You know he gives you alcohol when you say that” Jack said looking worried at me

“I know, but it is fun because it is never the same drink” I answered and blink with my eye 

“A strong or a soft drink?” Tom asked

“Why don’t you surprise both of us” Fred said and placed his arm around my shoulders and raised the other hand and showed a peace sign. We all laugh and Tom went inside leaving us to us self for a few moments.  “Hey Tom turn up the music!” Alice and I shouted, he did as we asked and turned the radio up, it was playing ‘Because we can’ with Bon Jovi. Tom came with the cold drinks and took a seat for himself between me and Alice.

“So what are we drinking this time?” I asked and looked at the drink.

“Mojito, it is mint and sugar and lime mixed together with rum and sprite and chorused ice” he answered “And because I was kind this time there is more soda in it then rum in yours not Fred he can take worse” Tom answered

“Oh thanks you always look after me” I answered with a gentle smile

“Alice how did that person look, I mean the one who gave you the dress” Jack asked

“Uhm… red long hair and she had a red coat on and clothes that looked like a lawyers I think, it is a bit hard to describe” She answered

“Sounds like a crazy person I met once” I mumbled Alice looked with big eyes over at the door and drag all of us close. “The Red haired person who just walked in” she whispered we all look carful over at the door, but it was harder for Tom, Fred and me because our back was turned against the door. I froze in the moment I saw who it was and tried hide myself with the menu.

“Stacy what is wrong” Jack asked and tried pull it away from me

“I know that person it is a grim reaper the name of that person is Grell Sutcliff” I answered Jack stop trying taking my cover. “Is it a girl or a man?” he asked

“Well actually I don’t know I think it’s a female” I answered

“Well just let me do my job guys and I can give you the answered in 3 minutes” Tom said and left his seat. Grell sat on one of the chairs in the bar, but in the bar was a mirror on the wall so she could see us, so I hold my cover up to my face and moved over to Toms’ seat and my back was completely turned to Grell, and I could let the menu be on the table.
