In the forest at midday

We were walking up at a hill it that leaded to a secret lake, Tom, Fred and I was the only one who knew it was there. And a few demons but they were only there at night.

“So what was his name?” Fred asked he walked a few steps in front of me.

“Sebastian Michaelis” I answered we were still talking about the same like in the morning.

“How did you end up loving this guy?”

“I don’t know, he was kind, decent, extremely stubborn when it came to me”

“How’s that?”

“Each time I tried push him away it was like he in some weird way pull me closer to him, and when I was lonely, wounded, or sad he was there even when I said I didn’t needed his help, he stayed no matter what, and I think with all that time I spend with him I ended up loving him and I didn’t waned to let it go or let him go” I explained

“And still you actually ran away” Fred said and laugh

“I guess I did, I couldn’t think clear I needed to get away from it all and I kind of regret it but still I like my choice I don’t regret coming here just that I left someone behind” I said and looked at the sun. “Tell me a bit more about your siren girl” I said smiling

“Well she was a lively girl always full of energy and ready for a new day, she was compassion, bit secret full. She loved singing surprise… she was actually the one who made me to the one I am today” Fred said

“You mean a surfer hippie on drugs” I said teasing we both laugh

“She broke my heart and almost my lungs too, when she told me it was only pretend and almost killed me” Fred said the hill when a bit down a few meters and then the lake appeared.

“It looks like the demons had a cult or something else here last night” I said and looked at the water it was red and the sand was a mix between something dark grey and red. Fred squat down and stroke his fingers over the sand and smelled to them.

“They just had a small party” he said and stood up again.

“Well removed almost everything” I said and looked at the water

“Don’t worry it is not blood, it their version of a welcome punch” Fred said smiling

“What is so funny” I aksed knowing he held back the laugh

“Think the whole lake is a punch until the spell is undone”

“What spell?” I asked, I have never heard of a spell demons use for parties but at the other hand I never cared about it.

“They use spells to create something like this, you can smell it in the sand it has the sent of lava and vanilla” Fred explained

“Lava and Vanilla what a strange mix” I said and sat at a tree, but I regret it.

“EEWW!!” I sprang up and ran away from the tree and felt the chills running down my spin

“What’s wrong Stace?” Fred asked and looked at like he was about to break down in laughs.

“I don’t know what was on that tree, but it is nasty and gross and has soaked my clothes” I answered shaking off the weird felling

“Do you have Any idea how funny you look right now, you look like an Idiot” Fred said and began laughing I smiled short and took his shirt and pushed him into the same tree so he began dancing.
