chapter 10

*Hunters P.O.V.*

Once Lexus left with Peter i grabbed her luggage and my own and went into the room we would be sharing. When i stepped into the room it seemed made for a royal or so. It was big and spacy i guess the word would be. The kid sized bed and the plasma tv. The bathroom which seemed huge and the walk in closet only feet away from the bed. It's not like i hadn't seen or been a room like this. Back at the alpha house me and Lexus had a room much bigger than this. At our apartment we loved the homey sttyle and to be honest i never thought much of it, the house and material.

I set her luggage and carry on down next to the bed so she could easily find it when she came into the room. I grabbed my suitcases (since both Lexus and I had brough two suitcases and a carry on) and started to pile up my clothes on the bed so i could put them away in a bit. I smiled as i htought about Lexus finally getting what she had dreamed about since i had meet her (to be able to make it up to her pack for leaving them, to be able to get a chance to show that they worth it).

SHe still didn't understand that no matter what i will always be there for her good or bad. Rain or sun she was the girl i wanted, my soon to be bride and i wanted her to be sure of her next move. I was deep inn thought that i didn't hear the knock at the door at first.

"come in" i said as i finsihed iling my clothes on the bed, i grabbed some of my clothes and took it into the closet when i came back i saw a young lady standing there at the foot of the bed.

"Hi im Michaela." she had a soft innocent shy voic, but you know what they say about innocent people, Its always an act and they are truly worst that the rest. A girl about 18 years old with long curly brown hair and blue eyes she was failry 5'7.

"Hi im Hunter" i said smiling her as i put my suitcases under the bed and sat on the couch.

"Do you want to sit?" i asked her and she nooded and came and sat next to me.

"they said we had a guest here, someone the alpha female brought with her and i wanted to welcome you into our pack" she said smiling a bit

"lexus didn't want to really bring me along but i insisted and well as her fiancee she would miss me and what not" i said to her smiling a bit

"well no duh everyone here knows you are alpha Lexus fiancee" she said and i caught her accent.

"Oh yeah. Uh well hopefully in my time here i meet other people like you. Friendly and so nice and  caring" i said and went back to putting my stuff away

"So how is back home?" she asked as her eyes meet mine i could see something in them but i wasn't really sure of what it was so i ignored it.

"good you know its a better wolf community over there. Not offense to you guys here. We are a big family and we stand by each others side through much."  i said not looking at her

"oh well here its been crazy you know since the alphas death... But Peter has been a great alpha since Alpha Ville passed. Peter is so kind and caring to us and knows what is good for us and stuff" she said and i could hear her voice had changed into nervousness and guit

"Is that so" i asked

"uh yes he would never put us in danger. he has been here all the stops of the way it is a good thing his mate, Alpha Lexus is here to help out also this way we will be strong and well like the pack you are from." she said and i looked up at her

"They are i have trained them well. As their alpha i have meet the standards i have needed and never have i left a soul to burn." i said and sat on the bed

"oh you are alpha?" she asked and i saw she had becomed more nervous

'yeah." i simple said

"You look young to be an alpha." she said and keep looking down
