"You know where Jerome is?" I asked excitedly, I knew he was coming back!

"I do indeed know the where abouts of Jerome's body but before I tell you I need to know that I can trust you with not causing any havoc whilst being out in Gotham. It is to my knowledge that you will be purchasing a home?" He questions.

"Sure am. Selina and I will be living there when I get out. So you really think you can bring Jerome back? Just like that?" I was bouncing out of my chair at the thought of seeing him again.

"Only if you make sure to be on your best behavior, I want Jim Gordon to be on edge and I don't want him to have a reason to get you locked up again and prove your insanity." He explains and I nodded.

"But sir, no offense or nothing, but I kinda am insane." I informed him, Dr Miset says accepting your insanity is the best way to get better.

"Yes, you most certainly are. That's why you are perfect for the job."  He was very cryptic with his answers, reluctant to tell me what any of this meant or why it was happening. I wasn't stupid, I was very aware that he had sinister intentions but if what he claimed was true and he knew how to revive Jerome I was willing follow whatever he says.

"When can I go then? I need to say goodbye to the boys! Oswald will be so mad if I leave without saying goodbye." I explained giddily, not quite believing I was getting out of here. "Oh and Dr. Miset! We never ended up dying my hair, aw man I was looking forward to that!" I began to pout in realization.

"You will not be departing until tomorrow afternoon, I have scheduled Miss Kyle to escort you, she wishes for me to pass on that she was successfully purchased an apartment which is where you will be living after being released, now are we clear with the terms of this agreement?" He raised his eyebrows questioningly and I nodded in response, eager to be reunited with Jerome.

"Yes, sir." I tried to sound as innocent as possible, hoping that he would tell me where Jerome was already.

"We will be in touch Miss Ferdine." He stated dismissing me from the room with a wave of his hand.

"What about Jerome?" I asked him.

"All in due time Miss Ferdine." And with that I was dragged out by one of the guards, I was going to fight back and protest but the thought of losing the location of Jerome's body was far too important to risk so I let them take me from the room and guide me back to my cell.

"Shouldn't I be at the cafeteria?" I asked him but he completely ignored me, shoving me in the cell without explanation. I stayed there for what felt like hours before the boys came back to their cells.

"What in the world could Hugo Strange possibly want with that scrambled mind of yours?" Edward asked from the cell beside me.

"I'm getting out tomorrow." I replied simply, giggling to myself as I imagined his reaction on the other side of the wall.

"Liar!" He accused before Oswald jumped in from the cell diagonal to me.

"Don't assume so easily Ed." He turned back to me. "How exactly are you getting out?" He questioned and I shrugged before explaining it.

"Well that Strange guy, HA see what I did there? No? Not funny? Anyways he said that I was doing so well that I could be considered sane! Isn't that hilarious?" I could tell Ed was already fuming.

"This is preposterous! How on earth could they deem you more sane than me? That is absolutely ridiculous if anyone should be getting out it's Oswald and I, not some love sick puppy with hallucinations!" He blew up.

"Are you really one to talk about hallucinations Edward? Do tell me what happened to Miss Kringle?" I knew I shouldn't have messed around with such a touchy subject but after his vicious words I couldn't help but retaliate.
