Chapter 32: Something Fishy

Sigh. The TFboys are all working on their own TV shows and dramas today. Wang Yuan is finishing up Ace vs. Ace, Jun Kai went to record High Energy Youth Group (note this is a fairly direct translation), and Qian Xi went to record Let Go of my Baby.

Thus you're stuck at home alone. Wang Yuan still hasn't asked you yet. You hope it'll be soon but you waited patiently.

You decide to head out to the mall to do some shopping. A few hours later, Jun Kai arrived back home to an empty house.

Jun Kai Perspective:

"Y/n! Y/n? Are you home?" he shouted. After finding no one home he called y/n using his cell phone.

Ring... Ring... (No response).

"That's weird, she's not answering her phone," said Jun Kai. He then quickly called Qian Xi, "Qian Xi, do you know where y/n is?"

"She isn't at home?" asked Qian Xi.

"No I tried called her but she didn't answer. Do you think something happened to her?" asked Jun Kai.

"I don't know. I'll be back in a few minutes, I'm on the way already," answered Qian Xi. Jun Kai then hung up and called Wang Yuan.

"Jun Kai, I'm busy right now, I have to go back on stage in a second, what's up?" answered Wang Yuan.

"Y/n's not here. I don't know where she is," Jun Kai explained quickly.

"I'll see what I can do after finishing, I'll call you later," said Wang Yuan as he hung up. Qian Xi arrived soon and thus both of them were waiting for Wang Yuan to finish filming.

Half an hour later, Wang Yuan gave them a call, "Jun Kai, is Qian Xi with you?"

"Yeah, any sign of y/n," asked Jun Kai. "No answer, but she'll be fine," said Wang Yuan. Jun Kai could tell Wang Yuan was getting a bit worried.

"Have you used your tracking thing?" asked Jun Kai.

"Not yet, I'll use it when I get back, see you in a bit," said Wang Yuan.

Soon after, Wang Yuan joined Jun Kai and Qian Xi back at the house. When they used the tracking device, they found y/n in the mall.

"See she's fine, she just went shopping," said Wang Yuan cheerfully.

They all relaxed and sat on the couch watching television and eating some snacks. All of a sudden, Qian Xi asked Wang Yuan, "When are you going to ask y/n to officially be your girlfriend?"

Wang Yuan blushed and said, "Sometime soon hopefully." The other two teased Wang Yuan some more before they all went to the kitchen to prepare dinner.

When y/n finally arrived home Wang Yuan rushed to the door to greet her.

"Hey, you made me worried today. I got a call from Jun Kai when I was working about how he couldn't contact you," pouted Wang Yuan.

Y/n Perspective:

You laugh at Wang Yuan's pouting and said, "Sorry, Sorry, my phone was dead I forgot to charge it yesterday."

"It's ok I forgive you," said Wang Yuan cheerfully all of a sudden. He gave you a kiss on the forehead and rushed back to the kitchen.

A week passed, with nothing happening. Wang Yuan of all days to just disappear left early on Saturday. 'Was he avoiding me?' you thought.

When you went to look for Jun Kai and Qian Xi, you found them whispering in the dance room about something. But when you got close they noticed you and stopped talking about it.

"Where's Wang Yuan today?" you asked them. Jun Kai and Qian Xi looked at each other and said, "I don't know." Something weird was going on with them. 'Did they not want to talk to me anymore?' you thought.

After eating lunch, Jun Kai got a phone call, "Yes, yeah, I have it right here. Is it time then? Ok, bye talk to you soon."

Jun Kai whispered something to Qian Xi, something about time.

Jun Kai Perspective:

"It's time to give y/n the letter," said Jun Kai.

Y/n Perspective:

Jun Kai handed you a letter, it's from Wang Yuan.

Dear Y/n,

Here's another letter and another riddle.

You need to find me at a place where I love be at.

That's all I'm giving. You have today and tomorrow to find me.

Wang Yuan

"Where could he be?" you asked Jun Kai and Qian Xi. They shrug and tell you, "No clue, he didn't tell us where but to give you the letter when he called." You could tell they knew, but they wouldn't tell you where to look for him.

You think for a bit; where could he possibly be?

The first location you check is Wang Yuan's favorite super market. After looking around with the help of Jun Kai and Qian Xi you didn't find Wang Yuan.

"Where could he be?" you asked them again.

After a quick stop at school (checking the roof if Wang Yuan was there), you went to the amusement park looking for him.

"AH, where could he be?" you screamed.

"Come on y/n, let's just go home and try again tomorrow," reasoned Qian Xi, "it's getting late." You agreed and headed home with Jun Kai and Qian Xi.

The next day...

You wake up and realized something. You run into Jun Kai's room quickly wake him up and after you ran into Qian Xi's room and wake him up too. "I know where Wang Yuan is!" you said to both of them.

"He's in his garden isn't he," you said confidently. Jun Kai and Qian Xi look at each other and then back at you. They don't say a word.

You quickly head out the door followed by Jun Kai and Qian Xi. Will you find Wang Yuan there?
