Hi, my names Jack and I'm from England and I'm gay.
We don't have many laws against gays anymore, unlike they did in my dad's day, but some people are still against the people who are part of the Lgbtq+ community.
There's a group of people at my school who are all part of the Lgbtq+ community and every other day one of them is covered in a bruise or a scar, it's disgusting.
My school, so far, has done nothing to stop it. Many of the people in my school dislike the community but put up with it.
I'm still in the closet cause I'm afraid of how they'd react towards me and I can't help but feel sorry for people who have it worst then they do in my school.
well that's it from me.
Yours sincerely,
Jack
