This oneshot is probably gonna have a DSB feel to it, considering that's what inspired it. Also, an update?! Wowo I did something for once. Anyways, on wit da oneshot >:3

~Tom POV~

"Tom! Can you get the post?" I faintly hear Tord call from downstairs. I groan, setting Susan aside, and push myself up. I head out of my room, down the wooden stairs, avoiding the evil step at the bottom, and head outside to the letterbox. I push the red flag back, while using my other hand to grab the thick stack of post. I assume that it is all for Edd. From the fans of his animations, but as I close the small door of the letterbox, a bright blue envelope flutters out from the pile, and onto the curb. 'Tom', it read, In sparkly red ink and carefully printed cursive.

I was shocked, at first. I never would expect someone to send me a letter. I only have 2 friends in, basically, the entire world. Edd and Matt. And they live in the same house as I do, so it wouldn't be them. My mind starts racing, 'Who could it be?' 'What does it say?' I bend over, clutching the rest of the pile to my chest, and pick up the small envelope. I slide it into my hoodie pocket, and head back inside to give the post to Edd.

I step back inside my room, closing the door behind me, and resting my back against it, sliding down. I pull my knees to my chest as I carefully remove the letter from my hoodie. Making sure not to damage it. I carefully peel back the front flap, to reveal a pinkish-pastel red note inside the envelope. It was much smaller than the envelope. The slip of paper that the note was written on was really only about the size of my hand. I lifted it to my face, so I could read it better, since my reading glasses were missing. The same sparkly red ink was printed onto the note, in the same neat, cursive handwriting.

Dear Tom,

I like your eyes. Even though they are only two black voids, I still find light within them.

I flip the note over. Blank. That's it? I look back inside the envelope. Nothing. That's really all they had to say? They liked my eyes? Well, I can't really complain. I did get complimented. Which is an extremely rare occasion. I slip the small note back into it's envelope, and place it in the shoebox under my bed, along with the rest of my very few fan letters, and crawl into that bed, ready to fall asleep.

The next morning, I was told to go outside to get the post again, even though much couldn't come overnight. Edd didn't want to use money to rent a P.O. box, so he just sent out his address. Risky move, but Edd's a pretty nice guy, and loves to meet his fans. I open up the letterbox, and sure enough, there are somewhere around 4-5 letters. I sift through it, and another small, blue envelope catches my eye. I turn it over, seeing the familiar red ink, and place it inside my pocket, going inside to read the special note.

   Dear Tom,

I like your light brown hair. It reminds me of the trees from the forest we'd play in when we were younger.

    -T

    T. Who is T? I try to think of the girls I knew when I was younger who's name started with a T, but nobody came to mind. Not any girls anyway. This whole routine went on for months. I'd walk outside in the morning, get the post, and read my letter. They werw things only someone close to me would know.

One particular day, though, I couldn't find Susan. Right after I had recieved a letter about Susan.

   Dear Tom,

I love your voice. Your singing is amazing, but your Bass stops me from hearing it better. I'd like to hear your beautiful voice at it's full potential one day

I had looked under my bed, in my closet, checked both Edd and Matt's rooms. The only place left to search, was the place where my suspicions began. Tord's room. I had decided to search it when I was alone, so he wouldn't be able to stop me from getting to the place where he had hid it. Now was my chance to go, as Tord was downstairs watching Zombie Pirates From Hell IV. I slowly turned the knob on his door, being careful for it not to creak, ans stepped inside. I shielded my eyes from the explicit posters he had hanging on the walls as I began to search his room. I noticed a small white desk in the corner, and I was distracted from my 'quest'. As I pulled open some of the drawers, I saw several stationary sets, sketches, pencils, rubbers, typical art supplies. I got to the last drawer, and slid it open, revealing it's contents. Inside the drawer, was a stack of blue envelopes, pastel-coloured papers, and a red glitter pen.

A smile creeps it's way onto my face. I'm not sure why, Tord is my enemy. I'm supposed to hate him, but somehow, I still can't be mad at him. This boy, the one that I've had a crush on for years, the one who hates me, is my secret admirer. Well, was.

I make my way down the stairs, and prop my elbows on the back of the couch, leaning my head in my hands. "Hey, T." I say casually, putting as much emphasis on the 'T' as possible. "Uhhhh, since when to we have nicknames for eachother?" He replies, tilting his head up, so he can look me in the eyes. "Since you started writing me those letters." I say, swooping my head down, and planting a short kiss on his lips. I pulled my head back into it's previous position, a smirk now plastered across my face.

"I never get to have my big reveal like I want to, do I?"
