Heading for work, I couldn't help but smile to myself. I knew that moné and liyah where the people for me. The way that moné cares for her daughter, the way liyah snuck into my bed last night out of the guest room.
I would've never thought or imagined that liyah would do that. Although, as I pulled into my parking space I couldn't help but think about moné and liyah. After I park my car and head inside I wave an say good morning to everyone.
It felt as if I was filing papers for years once I heard a knock on my door.
"Come in."
"Hello Vannoy."
"Hello liyah, hello moné."
"Hello to you too Vannoy, how is work going."
"It's going for sure."
" liyah has been dying to see you since you left this morning."
"Oh she has."
It made me happy to see that liyah misses. I'm not going to lie I missed her as well, I also missed moné. Moné has that vibe that gives off that motherly feel but its very inviting and serious. I adore moné but I want yo find Le'Von before he starts anything bad.
Pushing all that negative moments out my head, I fio it with my possible family moné and liyah. Liyah came in my office.

They came with my sandwiches but I decided to eat one sandwich and let moné and liyah eat the other two. Your proudly wondering " he only asked for two sandwiches". I had an extra in the mini fridge from yesterday and I'm eating that right now and I'm letting moné and liyah eat the sandwiches.
"Try the sandwiches ladies."
"Vannoy, these are yours."
"I know but I have an extra from the other day, I wanted you two to eat it and taste is juiciness."
"Is it good."
"Yes liyah, it's very good, you can view a piece of mine if you want to."
"Ok."
Liyah bites a piece of my sandwich, then she smiles and nods her head fast. I see that she likes it.
"Is it good liyah."
"Yeah eat it mommy."
"Ok baby I will."
I couldn't help but smile at them. They're actually the most amazing set of people in this world. They make me feel like the luckiest man alive. Moné has the biggest heart and I plan to hopefully start a family with her, she's been through alot and I don't just want to support her, I also want to be her lover, her best friend, and even her companion. I love moné and I don't know when I'm going to tell her.
"This is good Vannoy."
"Is better than your cooking."
"Excuse me." Liyah looked at me.
"Uh oh vani."
"Moné im kidding."
"If we was married id e polite and day that you ain't getting no nookie tonight but tonight I aunt cooking for you."
"What."
"You. Heard.Me."
"Moné please."
I clasped my hands together, slowly falling to my knees, I kids get hand, toes, fingers, give her a back massage even a for massage. I didn't care if she cooks or not, I just want her to relax.
"Vannoy."
"Wassup liyah."
"I made you something."
"What is it." She handed me a box and and she handed it to me moné went to the bathroom. I opens the box and inside was a tie die colored mug.
"Read it please."
"It says 'I love you daddy'.Liyah, did you wire that on the mug?"
"Yes, I have no daddy, and when I have bad dreams I crawl in your bed to sleep, it helps me. Can I all you my daddy now please."
"Yes liyah, I can be your daddy now sweetie."
"Thank you." I hugged kish softly and word her tears away. Kissing her cheeks and slowly swaying, she feel sleep in my arms.
"I love you to liyah, I always have and I always will."
Kissing her head, I close my eyes and begin to fall sleep as well.
