You stayed home from school
the next day.

You couldn't stand to see people
after they have seen you
at your weakest point.

When you sing,
you become vulnerable
to everybody
and anybody
watching you.

And everyone saw you.

Up on that stage.

But then, you think about how
they all congratulated you
after the performance.

You thought of the smile
that she gave you.

And the hug
that you captured her in.

You finally realized.

Maybe this is more than a crush.

Because when you looked
at her with all your heart,

You could've sworn
that she gave you
the same
look
back.

And it's decided.

You're going back to school
tomorrow.

For her.

You're gonna tell her how you feel.
