feeling scared.
You didn't know how to say it.
You ran this conversation
through your head
a million times
and you still get tongue tied
just thinking about it.
Then you see her.
You see her
and those beautiful eyes,
and her breathtaking smile,
and you knew
that it would have to wait.
You can't do this today.
You're not even sure
if you could ever do it.
Because she was someone
that you could never have.
Someone that you would
never deserve.
