It was only a matter of time before my good dream came to an end. Alice revealed herself once again and Mackenzie was annihilated along with the rest of the world. I knelt by Nora's side as she drew in her last breaths.
"I don't understand." she whimpered.
"Nora! Come on, don't die!" I cried. I couldn't bare to watch this moment again.
"I don't get why Alice would do such a thing! We all trusted her!" she cried.
"That doesn't matter now! Hang on! I'll take you away from here! We can go to another time where Alice isn't there!" But, I was too late. She faded away in my arms. I knew that I had to try again.
