Lily,
You left.
Remember when I told you that this was going to be the last chance you had so I can forgive you? I told you many times about it too. You decided not to take it. I can't help but feel so betrayed and lonely. You chose that crazy school over your sister. Don't promise me that you will be back soon, because you might as well stay at school since you seem to enjoy Hogwarts so much. I feel sorry for whoever knows you in our world. Well in my world. You don't belong here anymore. Or with them. You're in the middle, and you will always stay in the middle. I asked you before you left, but all you did was look ahead and not once spoke to me when I stood up and left the room.
Don't come back.
And never call me your sister.
You chose your life, and I will chose mine. One in which I won't have to be reminded that I have a devil's spawn as a sister. We share nothing else but last names now.
I deeply wish it weren't this way, but you had your chance.
Signed, Petunia Evans.
