My little Dudley is here, and he's absolutely precious. He has my blonde hair and the blue eyes, but he looks just like Vernon. Lily, you will fall in love with him the same way I have. Dudley is a chunky baby, but oh so clever. He had his eyes open a few hours after being born.
You would have loved him the same way I love him. Have you given birth yet? I heard you are having a son. Maybe our little boys can be the best cousins. Maybe their relationship will be as strong as ours was.
A sister can dream, and I have not stopped dreaming, Lils. Never.
