To all Muslims, I am sorry for what you have to go through on a daily basis. I know its hard but be strong through all this and have faith, good things do happen. I pray for the families of the 27 people who passed away in Baghdad, from a terrible thing.

To all non-Muslims who are feeling scared right now, I hope you do not think that this a reflection of Muslims, as it certainly is not, as Muslims and Non-Muslims are both feeling really scared right now. Just remember that terrorist group is not a representation of the whole Muslim community

Sincerely,

Noneya

Now Lets get started!

Oh my goodness gracious! We got another student that speaks Arabic, and she's a Hijabi! That rarely ever happens! the most that usually happens is that we get a student that is from Mexico, and well that's exciting and all, it doesn't compare to getting someone who speaks your own language.

Her name is Emma Abdabi, and today she came in with the prettiest hijab I had ever seen! it had gold coloring all over it, so it was a lot different than the ones that I usually wear, which are black and plain

She seems really nice and I pray to Allah that she is as nice as she seems, because that would be a real disappointment if she didn't.

I even got assigned to help her with her classes!...

I got to learn all about where she came from, which she said was Syria, and then she asked where I came from and I don't know why but I felt kinda embarrassed to say that I came from Iraq.

She came from a much cooler place than I did, I guess..

I feel some sort of envy for her which I am not supposed to feel but oh, well...

Yay, its time for Mubarak!

-Jamilia.

(Sorry If I spelled that wrong.)
