Living

Before the sun sets

I will leap across the sea

And find myself in land unknown

And flourish like a field flower

Until the day is done.

Before the wind dies

I will scale mountain tall

And find myself the very edge

And walk until there is no more

Until the breeze is gone.

Before the clock strikes

I will justify my acts

And shoot a gun for all the world

And conquer both the land and sea

Until the trumpet sounds.
