Part 33

Tessas p.o.v: I woke up to chance on one side of me and Jake on the other,Jake awake and chance asleep,I look up at Jake and he looks down at me,he gives me a sad smile 

Jake:morning 

Tessa:morning 

Anthony then walked in and sat on the bed,I couldn't handle him right now,I got up trying not to wake chance,walked out nearly in tears,I miss my mom,I wish I could just ring her up and tell her about everything but I can't. 

I minute I shut the door I bent down and cried,I hit the floor a couple times,I ended up going in my room,flashbacks come back,I see his teddy bear what he got me,I went over there and hugged it and cried 

I finally let go,wiped my tears and went to the boys room,the twins was still asleep but there room was a mess,so I just walked out and went downstairs. Downstairs I didn't know what to do,I think I'm losing my mind.

I get so confused,my heads asking me all these questions inside I feel in shock, like I'm not breathing and it hurts to breathe,I take a step outside,it don't help, it feels like I can't breathe I'm shaking my hands are getting all sweaty I burst into tears 

I sit on the corner outside,it's not helping I think I'm having an random panick attack, I try and breathe in and out it ain't helping,I'm in more tears,I'm walking back and forth

I don't know what to do,I sit down in the middle and curl up in a ball it gets worse,I go inside and try and shout but it came out of as a whisper

Tessa:Jake 

Nope whisper,my hands are getting more shaky,sweaty,I can't breathe,I run my hand through my hair,nothing's working. I'm in more tears,i hold onto my chest it feels like everything is closing in 

I sit in the middle of the floor and start rocking it's making it worse I go into more tears,someone comes out of the room downstairs,I look up and see chance

I try and shout but it comes out as bearly nothing 

Tessa:chance 

Nope,I bang my hand and he looks and he runs downstairs shouting Jake 

Chance crouched down

Chance:what's wrong 

Tessa:panick attack.....I ...can't....breathe 

Chance:JAKE SHE CANT BREATHE SHES HAVING A PANIC  ATTACK COME ON

Jake runs down the stairs and crouched down

Jake:what do we do 

I reach out to chance I touch his chest to see how I should breathe properly,his heart slows me down,I breathe in and out

Tessa:better

Chance:so how does you touching my heart helps

Tessa:it shows me how I should breathe properly like how slow and normal 

Chance:oh 

Jake:come on let's go back to my room 

I agree,Jake pulls out his hand I grab it,I walk up the stair slowly but surely still shaking, get into jakes room put the cover over me and lay down on my phone, Jake and chance joined each side and went on there phones 

The Martinez twins and Anthony come in and sit on the bed,I look at the Martinez twins and my phone not Anthony, I feel someone grip my leg,I turn my head and see Anthony 

I look away,

Anthony:you can't just ignore me we live in the same house

I just ignore him,he starts doing patterns in my legs I move my legs up so he can't do it
