All humans are different. You can't erase a part of you, no matter how hard you try. You will always have flaws, just like how you will always have monsters inside of you. The real question is how long you are able to contain them.

Run I thought. I had to keep running. One foot after another. I couldn't stop or else it would catch me. I turned the corner and ran deeper in the forest. Trees were everywhere. Everything looked the same. I had no idea where I was. Suddenly I heard a noise. A branch snapped. I turned my head and I saw glowing yellow eyes. My heart was pounding. I was breathing heavily but it seemed like no matter how much air I took, I never got oxygen.

The creature jumped on top of me. I screamed my body slammed into a log. The wolf looked at me. It was so close I could feel it breathing on me. For a moment it just stared at me, I wonder if it could see the fear in my eyes. It looked at me in pity. Almost like it wanted to apologize for whatever it was going to do.

Suddenly it bit my ankle. It's fangs pinched my skin. The pain was unbearable. My ankle was covered in blood and so was the wolf's  mouth.
