You Are My Shining Light

Years later

Moon's p.o.v
It has been three years since Lillie left with her mom. Gladion misses her, I miss her, but Hau misses her the most out of the three of us. I have to travel to Ula'ula island every day since I am the champion and take challenges. While I was sitting in the champion's room, I got a text from Gladion.

Gladion: Hey Moon, what are you up to?

Moon: Just in the champion's room.

Gladion: It must get boring.

Moon: Yes, it does.

Gladion: How about you ditch that place and come and meet me in HeaHea city.

Moon: I like that idea. I will meet you there soon.

Gladion: See you later.

Moon: Bye

After that, I called Charizard using my page rider and headed to HeaHea city on Akala Island. When I arrived, I saw Gladion waiting for me in front of the Pokemon center.

"Hey, Gladion." I greeted kind of shy

"Hey Moon," Gladion said

Why is Moon so pretty. What am I thinking? I can't have a crush on her, not now anyway. I act a little different when I am around Moon. We became excellent friends for about two and a half years now.

"So, where do you want to go?" I wondered

"Can we go to the cafe in the Pokemon center first so I can grab some Komala Coffee?" Moon asked

"Yeah, we can, Moon," I responded, trying to keep my cool

Moon and I walked into the pokemon center. We headed to the cafe when Moon ran into some idiot.

"Moon, are you okay?" I asked, helping her up

"I am fine, Gladion," Moon responded

Then the person who knocked by got up and left.

"She looked familiar," Moon said

"Yeah, she looked like Lillie," I mentioned

When we got to the cafe, I ordered a Tapu Cocoa while Moon ordered a Komala Coffee.

"Moon, you have been drinking a lot of coffee lately," I said

"Yeah, I know, it is a lot of work being champion of the Alola Region," Moon said

"Yeah, I bet," I said

Now we are drinking our in peace and quiet until Mr. Loudmouth comes in.

"Gladion, Moon, what's up?" Hau wondered

"I was doing perfectly fine until you came." I snapped

"Gladion, that was rude,"  Moon said

"It is okay, Moon that is how we show that we are friends," Hau said

"Yeah, right," I said sarcastically

Suddenly Moon slapped me in the back of the head. After that, she gave me a death glare which kind of scares me.

"Guess who I saw walking here," Hau said

"Who did you see while you were walking, Hau?" Moon wondered

"I saw Lillie and Lusamine," Hau responded

"What they are back," I said, shocked

"Yeah, and I saw an Aether foundation boat at the docks," Hau added

After that, I went home to see that I have a letter from Lillie on the table.

Dear Moon,
           I am back from my adventure with my mom, and I want you to come to Aether so you and I can have a sleepover. I will be at your house around two pm tomorrow. I can't wait to see you, Moon.

After reading the letter, I screamed and ran into my room to get packed up for the sleepover tomorrow. Suddenly I heard someone knock at my bedroom door.

"Who is it?" I asked

"Moon, it is me," Mom responded

"Come on in," I said

Mom walked into my room.

"Moon, what are you doing?" She asked

"I am packing for tomorrow," I responded

"What is tomorrow?" Mom wondered

"Lillie wants me over to her house for a sleepover tomorrow night. I haven't seen her in three years." I answered

"Okay, Moon." Mom said

"Please don't tell anyone?" I asked

"Okay, Moon." Mom said

Yes, I know I am going to a Gladion and Moon story. I have been reading them lately, and I wanted to write one myself.
