A week had gone by and I was now living in the treehouse. I saw Riley last night and it was the best moment in my life. He nearly fell out of the tree when he saw me but after I helped him up, we hugged and I told him everything and when I say everything, I mean everything. He told me the man came to his house 4 days ago and seemed quiet rude which I found to be not surprising at all. He had promised to bring me some clothes today along with food.

Where the fuck is she. I went to he house and I couldn't smell her, I went to her school, I couldn't smell her. My wolf was getting angry and if I have to I will kill her family....no to much- I will kill her little boyfriend who seems to have lost interest in her. He had moved out a few days ago because the police had cleared his house up meaning it was no longer a crime scene. I also noticed when I visited the school, he was flirting with other girls. I am currently drinking a beer in a pub even though I can't get drunk, when I hear a scream. It seemed distant so I followed it leaving money on the table.

I got to the place and saw Riley on the floor with a broken arm. What the hell happened. I walk up to him and he looked nervous. "hey Riley, I'm the person who came to your house remember can you tell me how you broke your arm" I ask sitting him up. "a guy did it" he said wincing in pain. "okay do you know this guy" I ask as I get my phone out. "no, he came up to me and threatened me but I didn't know the answer so he broke my arm" he said hissing in pain when I moved it a bit. I nod and call for an ambulance

"hello, how may I help you today"

"I need an ambulance"

"okay sir, why and where are you"

"I found a boy with a broken arm and I'm not really sure where I am, we are in the middle of a street"

"okay I'm afraid we can't call an ambulance for a minor thing like that. Please get the boy's parents to bring him in"

(line went dead)

I put my phone away just as a wolf appeared. Rogue. "damn it" I mutter and help Riley up. "your parents have to take you to hospital so I'll take you home" I tell him and he looks at the wolf "what about Mr werewolf over there" as soon as the word werewolf left his mouth I had him down a back alley pinned against the wall. He realized his mistake seconds after and began to panic. "where is she" I growl knowing Beth must have told him. "who" he asked. "don't play dumb  or i'll brake your other arm, both your legs and maybe even your spine" I seriously wasn't in the mood. "I don't know what your talking about, the werewolf thing was just a joke" he said and I let him go "fine, I'm sorry. I believe you" I say, which was a lie. If he knew where his sister was, which he did because I could smell her on him. I wold follow him next time and take my little mate.

ONE  WEEK LATER

One fucking  week and he still hasn't gone to see Beth. All he's done this week was go to and from  school. I have noticed a slight change in him, he always looks around and nervous. 'he should be' my wolf said as I watch from my car as he and his mum talk. Time to listen in, I think.

Riley- "I don't know who broke my arm mum"

Riley's mum- "are you sure, people don't just come up to you and break your arm"

Riley- "I'm sure anyway I'm not bothered anymore. I'm worried about Beth"

He said her name, he knows

Riley's mum- "what do you mean honey"

Riley-"don't shout but you know that video someone recorded at the restaurant, I did some research and found last year the man who took Beth was in prison for abusing a young girl, what if he did that to Beth"

I didn't know he went to prison, smart kid though.

Riley's mum-"you shouldn't be reading stuff like that" and then she left.

Tears ran down Riley's face and he ran out the yard and down the road.

Now's my chance, I say to myself and set of driving.

I got out my car a few miles back and ran the rest of the way. I was now behind a tree watching Riley talk to his sister in a treehouse. My wolf wanted to attack but I managed to control him and watched while listening.
