I know Japan celebrates the Star Festival on the 7th of July but... I'm gonna do a 4th of July chapter instead. I may make a 7th of July chapter as an actual chapter of the book though. I'll have to do research but based off a Wikipedia page I skimmed through it sounds interesting!
Your POV
I was talking to Karma on my phone but I heard tapping against a window in my room. From my bed I looked out the window the tapping was coming from. To my surprise it was Koro Sensei! "One sec Cherry!" I said and put my phone down on my bed. I crept out of bed and opened my window.
"Koro Sensei?! What are you doing here?" I asked. "It's 4th of July and since Irina~sensei's American (lol) we're gonna be having a festival with fireworks today for her! I invited your other classmates but some of them said they couldn't come... Are you free today to come at 19:00 (7pm)?" He asked. "Yeah! I'll definitely be able to! Where is it?" I asked. Koro Sensei handed me a paper. "Hanatoba Park? Okay!" Koro Sensei flew away and I placed the paper on my night stand.
"What happened?" Cherry asked.
"Koro Sensei came by and told me that there was gonna be a festival today for 4th of July for Jelabitch~sensei." I answered.
"Bitch~sensei!"
"Jelabitch~sensei! Jealous-bitch~sensei!"
"Ooh... Good one! And Koro Sensei came by my house too. Are you going?"
"Yeah! I think it might be fun!"
"If you weren't going I wasn't gonna go so see you there Y/n~neko!"
"W-Wait you're hanging up?!" I wailed.
"Unless you don't want me to."
"Of course I don't want you to hang up! I didn't tell you what happened yet!"
"Riiight."
"So the witch-bitch, warlock, and S/n went on a vacation and decided to leave me home! So I have the house aaalll to myself~"
"That's really weird to hear that from anyone but that coming from you makes sense why you're so happy."
"They won't be back until S/n's second term starts which is a week after we go back to school!"
"I'll have to come over soon then~ I miss my neko!"
"You make it sound as if we're dating and that you have a neko fetish!"
"Well we're together in Gaia Online. Which I still don't understand why you forced me to play..."
"There were so many people that proposed to me it got stupid so that I could never go into Town! Plus, it's fun! I know you like the game!"
"Well anyway-"
"Admit it! Admit that you like the game!"
"I don't 'like the game!' Happy?"
"Whatever, you just don't want to admit it!"
"As I was trying to say... Can I come over at 17:30 (5:30pm)? We can hang out for awhile and then go to the festival!"
"It's 17:10 (5:10pm)! I don't think I can choose and outfit and get ready in 20 minutes!"
"Fine, 18:00."
"Okay~ See you then!"
"Bye Y/n~neko!"
I stared at my closet thinking of what I could wear. This may take awhile...
