Chapter 7.

'I..have a girlfriend.'

Those words were stuck in my head.

*Flashback to earlier that day.*

'So April..' He began.

'Yes?' I responded.

'There is a reason I asked you too get breakfast with me.' He said.

'Yeah I know, we haven't seen each other in a while. Sorry about that.'

'No, another reason. The real reason is..'

He froze,not looking me in the eyes once. I was far past worrying now. What did he need to say?

'I..have a girlfriend. When you was out,I went too IHop and met a girl. I'm so sorry I didn't tell you,its just-.'

'Alf,its fine. I promise.' I cut him off.

He wrapped his arms around my waist,and buried his face in my neck.

So I may have lost Ben to Kaylee,but I've also lost Alfie. Great.

Alf and I finished our breakfast,and walked home. Far apart this time,not close like we always are. It was silent most of the way too.

Ben had asked to meet me today,but I rejected to be with Alfie,I guess I could give him a call now.

The phone rang twice,no answer. I texted him,asking if there was something wrong. He replied with 'Busy,out,talk later.' No kisses,hearts,just a full stop.

*Flash back over.*

So,I'd lost Alfie,Ben was busy,what about Kaylee?

I rolled over the bed too my laptop,and quickly typed too Kaylee;

'Hey girl,wanna come to mine? Love ya. <3'

She read it straight away,as if she was waiting for the DM.

'Busy,out,talk later.' She replied.

Is that not the same thing Ben put? Where they out together? No. They can't be. Neither of them would do that,right?

I had enough with messing about,so I went to talk to Alfie.

'Hey Alf?' I asked quietly.

'Yeah April?' He said.

'What's your girlfriends name?

'May.'

A month's name..Like mine.

'Tell me about her?' I asked smiling.

'Okay,well she has Short,brown hair. Small, brown eyes,and huge full lips. She's tall,only a little bit shorter than me. She has the biggest boo-.'

'Thats enough,thank you.' I cut him off.

Alfie put his hands up,while smirking.

This 'May' girl,sounded like the complete opposite of me.

Short brown hair,opposite my long,blond hair. Small, brown eyes,opposite to my big,blue eyes. She's tall,I'm small. She has 'Big boobs',I have none.

Was he,making this up? I shook my head mentally. Why was I so paranoid. First Ben and Kaylee,now Alfie and May.

I will prove to myself,he is not making this up.

'When will I meet her?' I asked.

'Urm,I don't know.' He said.

Why did he look nervous?

I walked upstairs,deciding too ring Kaylee.  Thinking about it,I need to know the truth. I will question her until she spills.

The phone started calling,luckily,Kaylee answered.

'Hey.' I said.

'Hey..' She replied.

'Where are you?

'Home.'

'But you said you were busy?' I questioned.

'I am. Homework and stuff.'

She was lying,

 'Mind if I come round? I have nothing to do,so I can help?' I asked her.

'No,that's not a good idea.'

'Why?'

'I just don't.'

Suddenly,I hear a male voice in the background.

'Babe,who are you talking too?'

I swear it sounded like..Ben.
