As I try to figure out who is there I can feel my wolf clawing at me, whimpering. She can scence our mate. As I look into the glowing eyes they start to dim down. I feel a connection with this person, but I can't trust them. I refuse to trust them. If I get hurt by another person physicly or emotionaly im going to snap. Their eyes stop glowing and the person gets up and turns the lights on. He starts walking towards me and I scoot backwards even though I want to hug him, I want to trust him, he is my mate after all.
"Why are you backing away from me baby girl?" his voice was deep and sturn. All I could do was whimper a bit from fear of being hurt. Why does this have to be my life. I back up far enough to hit the wall behind me. "Baby please be careful, your leg is badly hurt and I dont want you to be in pain if it reopens." He steps back with a whimper once he sees the fear in my eyes. My wolf is starting to hate me, I can tell since she is clawing to be set free. 'Let me go to him you bitch! He is our mate you should trust him! You're such a dumbass!' I try ignoring her as much as possible. "My name is Phoenix, what is you're name baby girl?" I don't answer and I can see in his eyes that he is getting a little pissed. 'Answer him you moron!' My wolf stops clawing and growls loud at me. "My name is Mineran." He seems surprised when I answer
