I tried to get up over to them.

The two stood there motionless.

The locks around me came loose and I ran up to them.

Trying to hug them, they didn't accept it.

"Guys... I'm so sorry! I was trying to...outsmart Acnologia and I-"

Tears were swelling in my eyes.

"I agree, she was pretty lovey dovey with you guys when I saw her at the guild."

I asked, questioning why he mentioned that girl's name.

"Yukino has always been the better one...she's actually loved us."

That hurt me. Like I had just been hit by a dagger... like I had died again.

Wendy came over and helped me up.

I gave him the Erza death stare.

The cave had exploded and the human Acnologia was barely standing.
