Sherlock and John

Sherlock had been safely transported back to his home, where he walked into the flat, up the stairs into the living room, and scared the crap out of John. He was, once again, hugged more tightly than he wanted to be hugged and made a cup of tea. John called the police station, who immediately came over to the flat, and even though they were happy to see him, were very mad at Sherlock. He was asked a lot of questions, but he had prepared for this, and fed them his cover story.
Lestrade eyes him carefully as he finished his story, as if not believing a word he said. Of
course, none of the words said were true. Soon after leaving, John flopped onto his chair with Sherlock next to him.
"Alright Sherlock, where were you really?"
"Well John, it's an interesting story..."
