Sam's POV

I woke up to the doorbell ringing. It stops for a second but starts back up again. I groan and drag myself from my bed and go answer it.

"Yes?" I say with a yawn.

"Hi. My name is tim. I'm selling-" I cut him off.

"We don't want anything. Now leave."

I'm about to close the door when I hear Blake's laugh.

"What do you want? It's 10 in the morning."

"You really aren't a morning person, huh?"

"Nooooo." I grumble, walking to the kitchen. I hear the front door close and footsteps following me.

"What do you want for breakfast?" He asks me.

"You know how to cook?" I ask in disbelief.

"Erm. No. Not really. But it can make you cereal."

"Frosted flakes are in the cupboard." I tell him laying my head down on the counter. I hear them hit the bowl and the bowl being set in front of me.

"Your out of milk." He tells me after a second.

"I'll just eat them plain then." I slowly eat, still half asleep.

"You look like your about to face plant in the bowl."

"That's nice." My head nods, and I hear a crunch of cereal. I sit up and wipe my face off. Blake's trying to hold back his laughter.

"Just let it out." I finally say when his face starts to change color.

I wait for him to finish laughing and I put my dishes in the dishwasher.

"I'm gonna shower. You can do whatever."

I go upstairs and once I'm in the shower I finally wake up a bit.

I come into my room, wrapping the towel around me when I freeze.

"What are you doing in here?" I ask.

"I got bored downstairs. And you did say i could do whatever."

"Leaveeee." I say, pointing to my door.

He does and I get dressed. I dry my hair a little but don't bother combing it.

I hear the tv on as I come downstairs and see Blake watching a baseball game.

"Wanna go to a baseball game tonight? It's about an hour drive, but it's still really fun to go to."

"Uh. Sure? But who's playing?"

"UCLA and Wilmington sharks."

"Seriously? I thought I'd never get to see UCLA play again!"

"Oh jeez, this will be awkward... I'm rooting for the sharks."

I just laugh.

"Don't worry about it. There will be plenty of UCLA fans so I won't stick out. And anyway, lots of couples show up to games wearing both teams, either because they like both teams or one went to one college and the other went to the other. It's pretty normal."

"Cool, so the games at 3, so we should probably leave around 1:30. Parking takes a while too... We are gonna leave at 1."

"Um. Ok.... So it's 11 now. So we have 2 hours."

"Who's playing right now?"

"Omaha storm chasers and the Memphis red birds."

"Who's winning?"
