|Chapter 13|Life VS Death

The time was ticking and Ethan was waiting for me to shoot him. My finger was on the trigger and at the last second I shot the floor. In shock Ethan ran up to me.
He hugged me tightly and I hugged him back.

"I'm not gonna kill you Ethan I can't."

"Finish this Jordan."

I wasn't gonna kill Ethan, he meant a lot to me. I hugged him again.

"Jordan do this, I want you home safe."

"My mom cheated on my so called dad. My dad did something my mom hates him for that I don't what it is. My life is screwed up Ethan and I don't wanna go back. The only person I miss is my friend Tyler."

"That's it Jordan if you don't end this game I will!"

The Bluetooth cut and we couldn't here them anymore, they where coming for us. Ethan grabbed my hand and led me back down the ladder. We where running together till I couldn't go any further.

"Ethan, my feet I can't do this."

Ethan examined my feet and saw the blood and glass that was in my skin.
"Jeez Jordan what the hell happened."

"Ill explain... Later I cant"

Ethan grabbed me and lifted me off the ground and started running while carrying me.

I heard somebody call my name. I tried to direct Ethan to the voice but I couldn't find them.

"Jordan!!"

Looking behind me I saw Tyler?
Ethan dropped me and I ran over to him and hugged him as tight as possible.

"Tyler oh my god I missed you so much, why didn't you meet me I wouldn't be here neither would you!"

"Jordan, I missed you so much, it was you're dad.. I'll tell you everything but you gotta follow me-"

Tyler saw Ethan standing behind and walked over to him.
Ethan put his hand out for Tyler to shake it.
"I'm Ethan close friends with Jordan."

"I'm Tyler, closer friends with Jordan."

The shook hands but something was off about them, that was the least of our worries though. We continued to run till Ethan carried me again.

"Tyler do you know anyway out?"
Tyler stopped. I made Ethan put me down and I walked over to him.

"Tyler.."

"Jordan.. I'm so sorry, this breaks my heart to do because I really care about you but there's something about me I've kept a secret and it's time you know."

"Tyler thats sweet in all but we gotta go right now!"

Tyler grabbed my hand and pulled me back. Ethan stood beside me.

"I'm the third guy here."

"Tyler what are you talking about?"

"There's four guys here and I'm the third.. I wanted to tell you sooner but I didn't want to loose you and--"

"Who the hell are you Tyler?"

"One of you're kidnappers."

I collapsed to the ground. My best friend who I knew forever, who I trusted with all my heart helped kidnap me, there's a fourth kidnapper and I don't know who that is.

Ethan grabbed me and ran. I stopped.
I started crying, it all clicked in my head. I didn't want to go home I wanted to be dead.

"Ethan.. Tyler was my best friend and he just admited to kidnapping me, what if he didn't tell me and led me somewhere where they could.. do things.."

Ethan sat beside me he didn't talk. He wiped away my tears and pushed my hair out of my face. Before we where able to get off the ground Brad, Chase and Tyler found us sitting.

"We need to finish this game" Brad said while looking at Chase.
We where brought back to our cage and was thrown in.

"You have 10 minutes to decide who wins and who looses."

When Brad and Chase left Tyler stood there looking at me. Shortly after he followed them and left the room.

"Jordan you're winning this game, I don't care what you say."

"Ethan.. I can't you have a happy family waiting for you but me, I have the worst life possible and I don't wanna be in it anymore."

I sat beside Ethan and put my head on his shoulder just waiting for them to come back.
"Thanks for being my best friend Ethan" I whispered.

After that we didn't talk, it was quiet.
After 10 minutes had passed they came back in the room with a gun in Brads left hand.

"Who wins and who looses?" Chase asked with a cocky smile.

"I lost" Ethan said while standing up.

Tyler was in the back just waiting for him to here the gun shot.

Brad pulled the trigger but the bullet didn't hit Ethan.. it hit Tyler. As mad as I was I ran over to him making sure he was ok.

"Tyler.. why did you do that?"

"I messed up your life Jordan, he was the only person who made you happy and I wanted to be him so badly I made it worse. I want you happy and I'll always remember you Jordan..."

Tyler breathing slowed down, the bullet hit him right in the chest. Brad and Chase didn't care they walked off and left Tyler there.

"Thank you Tyler, I'll never forget you."

Tyler took his last breathes and his grip on my hands loosened to the point where he let go entirely. Tyler was gone, but saved me a life time of happiness and I'll always remember him.

Say whatt, sorry about that ending it was kinda crap but oh well. Foxami gave me a good idea for my next few chapters in the future.
