Things were slowly getting better between everyone in the family. Andy and Nol though talked but there was still tension and things were never going to be okay.
Charlotte was walking back from the park with friends, when she saw Cole and Collin come out of woods.
"Hey you guys go ahead, I will maybe catch up late" said Charlotte to her friends.
Charlotte then ran up to her brothers "What were you all doing? You smell like alcohol"
"We were just messing around" said Cole.
"Don't tell mom and dad" said Collin.
"I'm not keep any secret" said Charlote.
"Its not a secret, just don't say anything unless they ask, then you can tell" said Cole.
"Cole!" yelled Collin.
"Where's your car?" asked Charlotte.
"We drove it into the creek" said Ben (a friend)
"Ben!" they both yelled,
"You two are so dead"
"You should just go home"
"Ya I'm out thats Kate' car" said Charlott pointing then running away.
"Shit" said Cole, "What now?"
"Just act like nothing is wrong" said Collin.
Ben and the rest of their friends had run away.
"Great guys! thats not suspicious at all!" yelled Collin.
Kate pulled up to the curb and put the window down.
"What did you two do?" she asked.
"What makes you think we did anything and who is that?" said Cole.
"That is Trevor and you to smell like beer" said Kate.
"You aren't going to say anything?"
"No, just get in the car" said Kate.
They got in the backseat.
"Trevor, these are my brothers, Cole and Collin" said Kate,
"Nice to meet you two" said Trevor.
"Wait are you Trevor as in Charlotte's physical therapist?"
"Guilty" he said.
"Does Charlotte know?"
"No and you two are going to keep your mouths shut or I will tell dad about your little adventure in the woods. No one knows about us, because Trevor could get fired."
"You got a deal" they both said.
Kate pulled off the road.
"Why are you stopping here?"
"I just want to keep us on the down low for a bit" said Kate.
"Got it" said Cole. They got out.
"Hey!" said Kate, "Where is your car?"
They both smirked and ran away/
"I don't even want to know" said Kate.
Trevor laughed
Kate shook her head.
Later at dinner.
"So where is you car this evening?" asked David to Cole and Collin.
"A nail got stuck in the tirer so we took it the shop" said Collin.
"Paying it yourself?" asked David.
