Another Pink Pearl Theory???

I saw an unrelated piece of fanart which raised an idea.

What if Pink Pearl shattered when Pink Diamond died?

I was thinking about how tragic it would have been if she'd been speaking to Yellow and Blue, then suddenly she just shattered.

Then I got thinking, what if that happened with Pearls? Since they're kind of like personal servants bound to a gem for life, what if they shattered when their master shattered? Or depending on their owner's rank, maybe just cracking?

All I can imagine is a gem having a cracked Pearl that doesn't speak. Maybe the gem was an aristocratic gem who got cracked, then healed by a Rose Quartz, but her Pearl didn't rank high enough to be healed?

I don't know.
