Chapter 2

Well what do you know the world is small after all, I thought to myself, looking at Matt, the guy I beat the shit out of like 15 minutes ago. He was sitting on the kitchen counter and when he saw me his eyes grew wide.

"Hey everyone; guess who just got here?!" My grandma practically yelled when we got into the kitchen. Everyone looked our way and smiled.

"No way is this Michael's daughter?" one lady said looking almost like my dad, she sounded surprised and happy, "You've grown so much since the last time I saw you!" she said hugging me, I hugged her back. Aahh now I remember, Aunt Carey, my dad's twin sister.

"Let the poor girl go." I herd a man laughing, "I wana hug my niece too, you know." he sounded like Uncle Bo. I couldn't help but laugh; it was Uncle Bo, my Aunt Carey's husband.

After I hugged them both we sat down and started talking.

"Oh this is Matt." my Aunt Carey said nodding to Matt who was sit sitting on the kitchen counter glaring at me, I just smiled, "Matt this is Raven, Jaime's cousin." Carey said to Matt who just nodded.

"Talking about Jaime, where is she?" I asked, Jaime and I were really close when we were kids even though we were total opposites.

"Oh she's at dance rehearsals, looks like her group's going to enter the dancing competition." Granny said, while putting cream on Matt's blue cheek. I looked at him better and saw that he had bruises on his face, I don't remember punching him in the face...

Jaime's POV:

"Okay guys lets hit it from the top, and a 1, 2, 3..." I yelled to the group, I can't believe Sandra just left our group, it makes no sense.

I watched the group dance to the beat of Evacuate the Dance floor by Cascada, we were doing okay without Sandra but to be honest she was one of the best dancers in this group and the one with most spirit, we've tried to look for a new dancer but it's either they can't keep up with us or I'm to bossy for their liking. I'm the leader of the group and in away I have to be bossy to keep the group in order, but lately I've just feel like giving up!

"Okay guys we did well." I said when we finished our routine, trying to sound enthusiastic, but I could see that the group wasn't agreeing with me.

"Well Yea, more like horrible. How in hell did we get so bad in such a short time?" Mimi asked, she's one the dancers that criticizes a lot, she's short about 5'2" , long blond hair and a petite body.

"Well maybe because, oh I don't know, we lost our best dancer!" answered David, who was standing next to Mimi, he was tall about 5'8", dark brown hair, green eyes and a well built body just like his twin brother Jack, they looked exactly alike except that Jack had blond hair instead of dark brown .

"Oh why don't you two shut up and help us making the stupid routine better since it's so horrible! And where in hell is Matt?" Jack snapped, they were all about to argue, "GUYS WILL YOU FUCKEN SHUT UP!!" I yelled at all of them. That got them to shut up......

"Yea, I agree with Mimi this is not our best work, and yes David I know, but guys she wasn't the only good dancer in this group, and About Matt, I have no fucken clue where he is. All I know is that I'm going to kick his ass when I get home", I said looking at each and every one of them.

"What we going to do now? I mean we have to find someone, we're not the Hot5Steppers with only four people." Jack said.

"I know Jack, I know." I said, staring to pace, "I'll look harder, but for now how about we call it a day?" I asked the group, everyone nodded and went to get their bags, "See ya. Jay." Jack and David said together, leaving the gym.

"Hey Jay, don't worry we'll find someone." Mimi said giving me a half smile, and left right behind Jack and David, "I really hope so." I said to no one. Well better get home.

When I got home I herd grandma in the kitchen. "Hey grandma." I said walking in to the kitchen. "Hey honey." my grandma said giving me a kiss on the cheek.

"How was rehearsals?" grandma asked, leaning against the kitchen counter, "Ugh same as always, it seems like our dance routines are boring." I said.

"Awww, honey everything will get better, just be patient, oh and by the way Raven's up stairs getting settled in." Grandma said smiling.

"Cool, I'm heading upstairs anyway." I said leaving the kitchen heading to the guest room.

I knocked on the door and seconds later Raven opened the door, when she opened the door I couldn't help but stare at her. She looked totally different and beautiful with big dark brown eyes, heart shaped face and long wavy gold hair just like grandma, except her's was white with age.

"Oh my soul! Raven look at you!" I half said, half squeaked, hugging her, she just laughed.

"Look who's talking! You look awesome, Jaime!" she said, hugging me back, Raven and I were known to be totally opposites, she was always the tall sporty one while I was the shortish dancing girl, she had dark eyes I had light blue eye's, she had wavy light colored hair while I had dark straight hair, but we always got along fine.

"How you doing, girl? It's been so long!" I said sitting on the queen sized bed.

"It really has you totally look different! And ugh I'm good I guess." she said the last part with a sad smile.

"What's wrong? Aren't you happy to be here, with us?' I asked confused as to why the sadness.

"Yes of course I'm happy to see you and grandma and grandpa but I'm still going to miss home, you know." she said sadly "But any way, I heard you and your dancing group's going to enter a dancing competition." she said giving me a big smile.

I sighed, "Yea well we wanted to but the thing is that we're missing a dancer, and with out her the group isn't the same." I said feel depressed, but just then an idea popped into my head....
