Chapter 4

Raven's POV:

I followed Matt and his friend into the kitchen where only grandma was standing with Jamie.

"What do you want Jacob?" Jamie asked through her teeth. Ha no wonder I didn't like Matt's friend.

"I'm here to see who the new visitor is." Jacob said fake smiling towards me.

"Well you've seen me, now would you mind going out the way you came in." I said in a very deadly tone, glaring at him. From the corner of my eye I could see that Matt was already hiding behind Jamie and grandma... ha chicken...

"Matt is this the bitch that beat you up outside the grocery store?" Jacob didn't break eye contact with me while he addressed Matt. If only looks could kill...

'Um... yea that's... um... her..." Matt said sounding like he was about to pee in his pants, and I wouldn't be surprised if he did, just then I herd Jacob laugh, it wasn't a humorous laugh, it was more of a hyenas laugh which really annoyed me.

"You telling me this little girl beat the shit out of you?" he said between laughs, "Matt my boy you seriously are losing your touch."

My hands where in fists now, this guy was seriously getting on my nerves, "If that's all you're here for then I suggest you leave and fast." I said trying to control my temper.

"Oh really, and what will happen if I don't want to leave. This is a free country and of course Mrs. Renal doesn't want to be a bad host." Jacob said with a smug smile on his ugly face.

I've just had about enough, and I think grandma noticed because she gave me a 'don't' look.... 1...2...3... I was really trying to control my temper by counting to ten but seriously that just got me even more pissed off

"What do you want Jacob, I'm really not in the mood for your crap tonight and Michael isn't here as you can see so either tell me what you want or leave." my grandma said calmly but you could hear the threat behind the words.

Jacob looked surprised at the way my grandma spoke to him but composed himself fast, "I'm just here to warn your new visitor that if she touches Matt, she will regret it."

I couldn't help but laugh at that... I mean seriously what in hell could this guy do? Yea sure he looked scary and I bet everyone's scared of him, but seriously I've killed guys scarier than him...laterally...

Everyone looked at me puzzled, "What the fuck you laughing about?" Matt said turning red, which I guess meant he was angry.

"So you.." I said pointing to Jacob, " ... are threatening me? Did Mattie boy here tell you why I beat him up?" I glared at Matt who glared back, Jacob didn't reply so I continued.

"He was being rude to the cashier at the grocery store, called her a bitch and everything because she didn't have the beer he wanted. I asked him nicely to apologize but he didn't take me seriously so I taught him some manners." I said the last part glaring at Jacob who glared back.

"What happened there had nothing to do with you. And like I said before, mess with him or any of my gang you will regret it." I just had about enough and what happened next surprised everyone except me.

I punched him right in the nose, which made him back up and fall. I was about to go for him again when my grandma stood in the way, "RAVEN NO!" she yelled and I couldn't help but stop right on my tracks, the look my grandma had on her face was pure horror.

"You little bitch." I saw Jacob getting up with his hand on his bleeding nose, "You will pay for this just you wait!" he yelled and with that he and Matt made their way to the door.
