FINN's P.O.V
I walk through a giant room full of kids waiting for their numbers to be called and finally stop next to a guy who's a little taller than me. He looks at me and smirks awkwardly.
- Hi. I'm Jaeden
- I'm Finn! Have you ever acted in something?
- Yes. I was in St. Vincent...
- Oh you're the boy! I loved that movie. Oliver, right?
- Yeah! And I have a movie coming out. It's called "The Book Of Henry" but it will probably come out next year.
- Oh. Cool
- What about you?
- I'm on a Netflix TV show coming out next month.
- Stranger Things?
- Yes!
- OMG! I'm so pumped for that show! It looks amazing!
- Thank you! It will be... I hope.
Jaeden laughs
- Are you here for the role of Richie?
- No. I'm here for the role of Bill.
- Oh! Thanks God! Didn't wanted to compete with you. You seem cool. Bill's the principal one. Right?
- Yeah
- You're brother's gonna be killed
- Yeah, I know. So are you here for Richie?
- Yeah! Richie rocks.
Today is finally the day. Rich Delia- the cast director- and the rest of the crew will finally announce the actors for all seven "Losers Club" participants.
Of course, I'm a little nervous, but I'm pretty sure I made an amazing Richie Tozier.
The crew comes out of the office where our auditions took place last week, and make us hush.
- Okay, guys. After all the auditions you all have been through, it was pretty hard for us to choose. But we finally have our LOSERS CLUB!
Everyone claps
- For the role of Bill Denbrough, Jaeden Lieberher!
I look at him and smile
- DUDE! You're going to be in the movie!
- I KNOW! I CAN'T BELIEVE THIS!
- Jaeden Lieberher? Please come here.
He runs to them and stays by their side.
- Now, for the role of Beverly Marsh, Sophia Lillis.
A girl with short hair, walks upon them and hugs Andy Muschietti, the director.
- Why would she do that?- I whisper
- For the role of Richie Tozier, Finn Wolfhard
I smile, I can't believe I'm going to be Richie!
I walk through them and look at Jaeden
- We're in!
- This is unbelievable!
- For the role of Eddie Kaspbrak, Jack Dylan Grazer
I see him walk right to us and an involuntary smile appears in my face.
- He's so cute- I whisper without even realizing there's people around me
- What?- Jaeden asks me
- Nothing. I'm just so happy for us...
- Yeah. Me too

JACK's P.O.V
After they finished casting all the Losers, everybody who was not part of the official cast immediately left, leaving me and the other 6 actors alone with the crew.
- Okay guys. Congratulations, you're the new losers club!
We all clap, happily than we've ever been. I don't think any of us expected this amazing news.
- Why don't we all have lunch together and see how much chemistry do you actually have with each other?- Andy says, with a big smile.
Barbara, Andy's sister, take us to a restaurant near the audition's place.
I sit next to a thin boy, with wavy hair and taller than me.
- Hey.- he says- I'm Finn. Aka Richie Tozier
- I'm Jack. Eddie Kaspbrak
- Cool. Nice to meet you. He's Jaeden- Finn points at the boy sited next to him
- Hey!- Jaeden waves at me
- He's our Billy-boy.
- You two meet each other?- I ask. They look like they've known each other for a long time
- Kinda.- Jaeden replies
- We met a few minutes before the IT crew chose us.
- Oh. You look like you've known each other for ages
- That's the effect I have on people- He winks at me and I smile, nervous.
I have to admit he does have that effect. I'm terrible with first impressions, but this is going pretty great.
- So... friends?- Jaeden asks Jack
- Sure
- We kinda have to be friends. Right?- Finn looks at me and shrugs.
- I guess we do.- I say, looking down
- No. I meant REAL friends. Like... in real life. Not as the Losers but as Jack, Finn and Jaeden.
- Oh, yeah. Sure- Finn replies at him
I look at Finn and fake a smile. Doesn't he like me? Did I do something wrong?
The rest of the lunch, I barely talked. I feel weird.
Wyatt, the boy who's going to play Stanley Uris talks to me and we get on pretty well.
- Guys, we're going to film in Riverdale, Toronto.- Andy says
- Riverdale?- the girl asks
- Yes. Is that a problem?
- No. Not at all. That's were Archie lives. Right?
- Archie?- Wyatt asks
- And Jughead, and Betty
- Oh. The Archie comics- I look at her and smile- I love them!
- Me too!- we high five and start laughing

FINN's P.O.V
I look at the floor and deny my head off. I feel like a total dick. Jack hasn't talked to us since I made that stupid comment.
- What have you done?- Jaeden asks me
- I din't know! I panicked!
- Panicked?
- Yeah! I blew it, J!
- You actually did... Why?
- I don't know. I wanted him to be our friend but I said that. Maybe it was supposed to be a joke
- A bad joke, dude!
- I know, Jaeden. Okay? I'll fix it
- I'm just kidding, Finn. But you should. We have to be together all the time for a pretty long time. We should all get along.
- We should?
- Of course.
- Yes. You're right.
After a few hours talking, we leave.
I walk to Jack
- Hey...
- H... hey
- I didn't mean what I said back there
- Are you sure?
- Yeah, Jack. I'd love to be your friend. I just... got nervous
- I thought you were great with first impressions
- I thought that too
Jack smiles a little and then looks at me. He's Shorter than me and looks younger.
- How old are you?- I ask
- 14
- Oh. Just like me. We have so much in common. We should be friends
He starts laughing
- Why don't we start over?
- Fine by me
- I'm Finn. Finn Wolfhard.
- Jack Dylan Grazer- he gives me his hand to shake but instead, I hug him
- I'm more of a hugger.
He smiles and looks at me, not saying a word
- Well... see you in Toronto.
- I guess.
