Chapter 3

Adriana's POV

*One Month Later*

October 10,1988

"You look beautiful sweetheart!"

"Daddy i hate dresses!"

"I know you do."

I was about to grab a cookie but daddy said,"Not yet Adriana,we're going to eat that after dinner."

"But--"

He raised an eyebrow and i said,"But i'm hungry! When are they coming Daddy?"

"In about an hour."

"This is boring!"

"Then go upstaiirs and clean your room."

"No! That's even more boring!"

"What did i say about raising your voice Adriana?"

I pouted and fold my arms.

Daddy bent down to my level and said,"You know you look like a monster when you do that."

"So."

"Smile please."

"No"

"Then you won't get a cookie."

"Fine!" I smiled and daddy laughed

"Thats better.But please clean your room while you wait."

I yelled "OKAY!"

I ran upstairs to my room and stuffed all my toys under my bed.

I went back down and said ,"I'm done daddy."

"Really?"

"Yeah."

He went upstairs.I went in the kitchen and grabbed a cookie and started munching on it.

Michael's POV

I was surprised when her room was clean.I saw something under her bed.

I looked under her bed and saw all her toys i stood up and called her from downstairs

"ADRIANA JOY JACKSON!"

"Yes Daddy?"

"Come here!"

"But why?"

"Now AJ!"

I heard her footsteps come closer.

"Yes Daddy?"

"Why did you--"

Ding--Dong--

"That must be them, we'll talk about this later."

I took her hand and went downstairs.

I hugged Janet and said,"I missed you."

"I missed you too big bro."

"Wheres LaToya and Rebbie?"

"Well--"

"Nevermind."

Everybody came in and introduce.themselves to Adriana

"Hi I'm Jermaine"

"I'm Marlon."

"Hello i'm Randy"

"Tito"

"Hey i'm Jackie"

Mother came in and said

"Hello i'm Grandma Katie."

I whispered,"Wheres Joseph?"
