Swan House
Bella looks out at the fog from her and Harley's room as she talks on the phone, Harley next to her, putting more decorations onto her bat.
"If spring training goes well, we could be living in Florida permanently. "
On the other line, a voice is heard. "Please insert 25 cents to continue."
Bella looks to her phone, confused. "Mom, where's your cell?"
"Ok, I didn't lose my power cord. It ran away. Screaming. I literally repel technology now." Bella smiles, missing her mom, Harley looks to her and gives a sad smile, knowing she is missing her.
"Now, tell me more about your guys school, baby. What are the kids like? Are there any cute guys? Are they being nice to you? Are they being nice to Harley?"
Bella lies to her Mum, Harley raises an eyebrow at that. "They've all been really... welcoming."
Harley takes the phone out of Bella's hand and puts it to her ear. "Hey Mum!"
"Hey Harley! How's school?"
"It's amazing, there is two people in my English class that are absolutely gorgeous."
Rene chuckles into the phone. "Really? They must be something if you're talking about them."
Harley nods quickly. "I can't believe I'm going to say this but, they are more prettier than me."
Rene gives her a fake gasp. "Really?! How is that possible?"
Harley gasps dramatically back. "I know right!"
Rene and Harley laugh, Bella looks to them sadly.
Rene sighs. "Have you been taking your medication?"
"Yup, I had yesterday and this morning."
"Alright, why don't you put Bella back on and you go have your nightly meds. Ok?"
"Ok." Harley hands the phone back to Bella and walks out of the room and into the bathroom. Once she took her medication, she walks back into the room to see Bella get off the phone.
Harley hops into bed after she put her bat into her bag, she looks to Bella who was already looking at her.
