Kadience's POV

"Y'all I have a question and I want a honest answer." Emoni asked picking at her salad with a fork.

"Ohh lord, imma need a drink for this." Jazmine said in a playful voice throwing her hands up.

"Right , me and you both." I butted in.

"Y'all I'm serious." Emoni said putting on her serious face.

"Alright girl , I'm done. Wassup?" Said Jazmine as she took a sip of her water,

"Well I got an invitation to tour Juilliard's campus this summer." Emoni began "but , it's 10 thousand dollars to go and I wanted to know how you guys felt about me doing work with Malik, Jayden and Jalin." She mumbled. Jazmine and I looked at each and busted out laughing. There was no way Emoni could be serious right now.

"That was funny." I Said rubbing my stomach.

"Right like Malik gone allow that." Jazmine said laughing.

"I'm serious." Emoni said

"Have you lost your damn mind?" I yelled. "Does anybody give a fuck about Police and what they're capable of. Emoni if you wanna be stupid and do what they do then do it." I said rolling my eyes at her.

"I don't understand why you giving me so much heat about this. You support Jayden , Jazmine supports Jalin just like I support Malik in the business that they do." Emoni said.

"Support ? I don't support that nonsense. The last thing I want is my child's father behind bars. Jalin , Malik and Jayden are trained to do what they do, Emoni you're just a beginner. You don't need to move weight just to get to where you wanna be in life, there are other options and besides Jalin isn't even in the game anymore." Jazmine explained

"Other options like what Jazmine?" Emoni asked

"Ohh I don't know, what about a damn job like the rest of us." Jazmine said sarcastically.

"Jazmine if I were to get a job I won't have enough money saved up by the summer." Emoni explained

"Well it don't sound like you wanna go on your little trip." Jazmine said.

"Emoni I'll get you the money, I'll be Damed if you get in the game with them niggas. A good education for what ? just to go down the drain when you get busted for having Marijuana." I said shaking my head.

"But how are you going to get 10 thousand dollars?" Emoni asked

"Right , this bitch got money. Big ass house , 5 star every weekend , damn Chanel and MK purses the list goes on." Jazmine said taking a sip of my virgin margarita.

"Jazmine you got just as many purses as me. You know Jalin spoils your  ass and don't worry bout where I get my money from." I said in a playful voice. "Just know I got you, end of that conversation."

"Y'all me and Jalin got into last night. I was pissed because he didn't show up to my doctors appointment 2 days ago. Jalin didn't get home until 11. I really don't want to think he's cheating on me, but damn. It's only so much a bitch can take." Jazmine explained.

"Now you know damn well that boy ain't cheating on you, but now that I think about it . Jayden didn't come to school that day either and he didn't call me until 3am talking bout some hey baby I missed you." I said imitating his voice.

"Right , Jazmine know she got that good good , Jalin ain't going nowhere. I guess all of our men was M.I.A because Malik and I were suppose to go to the movies yesterday, he didn't come to the house until one in the morning. I was so pissed." Emoni said.
