After that scenario, the genie and the human walked back home. Tired after everything.
The boys surrounded the sleeping girl in the middle of the night.
"Who was the guy who took you guys?" Mingyu asked
"We don't know his face was covered..." Hoshi softly replied, his gaze locked on Yoru's innocent face.
"Is your face okay now?" Wonwoo asked his dongsaeng
He nodded, his sad eyes bore into Yoru's closed ones.
"It wasn't your fault..." Jeonghan patted Mingyu's shoulder.
He only sighed, not convinced of his older friend's words.
"I'm going back..." Mingyu said and the smoke engulfed him, he was now inside the amulet.
"If anyone wants to stay, don't take too long..." Seungcheol said as he was engulfed by the same smoke.
Soon the others followed, leaving one male behind.
Soonyoung sat on the bed, he was staring at her with an expression no one could make out.
He brushed the hair that was blocking her eyes, he tucked it softly behind her ear, careful not to wake the girl up.
His hand stayed leaning softly behind her ear, he sighed.
"Honestly, why would you blame yourself for everything? It's not even your fault..." he whispered.
He cracked a small smile in his lips unconsciously.
"You remind me of someone..."

"Sorry about yesterday Jeonghan..." Yoru looked at anywhere except the boy in her pocket, embarrassed to face him.
It was friday and she had classes.
"It's not your fault Yoru, no one wanted it to happen..." Jeonghan smiled
Yoru still wasn't convinced, she still felt bad about herself.
"How'd you know where we were?" Jeonghan asked, changing the topic
"That was my mother's house..." she replied
"What happened?" Jeonghan asked
Yoru entered her classroom, which was still empty and proceeded to her seat.
"We abandoned it years after, I'm surprised the government didn't destroy it..." she said and sat down
"Why would they destroy a house full of beutiful memories?" Jeonghan smiled
Yoru smiled, but faltered after a few moments, "Bad ones too."
The boy realized what he said and immediately apologized.
"Yoru I'm so sorry..." he said
"It's okay, I don't need your pity..." Yoru giggled
But Jeonghan realized the fakeness behind it, he sighed.
"If you say so."
As the two of them talked, secretly. Students began to show up but none of them noticed Yoru so it wasn't a problem.
The teacher came in, carrying a guitar.
"Good morning everyone, today we'll have a class elimination. There will be a competition for music in the next two weeks. Each class must have one representative, so prepare. Meet me in the music room after classes if you want to join..." The teacher announced
Yoru's class was filled with talented people, so she was sure that if she tried, she wouldn't even stand a chance...
"You should try." Jeonghan said
"I'll pass." Yoru smiled
"You play different kinds of instruments, you have a very beautiful voice, you're pretty, you're kind—"
"Wait why are you suddenly involving my looks here?" She giggled
"My point is, you're perfect. Go and show them what I mean." Jeonghan explained
"No ones perfect, and besides, there are people better than me. So I won't even compete." Yoru lied on her desk
"That wasn't what I thought when I heard you sing..." Jeonghan said
"Jeonghan I have stage fright." Yoru sighed
"Me and the guys will help you..." Jeonghan winked.
The girl thought for a while, she loved music. But she was the kind of person that would prefer to work behind the scene, you know, the brain of the show.
"Fine." She said, she didn't want to argue anymore
Jeonghan happily punched his fist in the air, accidentally punching Yoru's stomach.
"Did you just punch me?" Yoru asked, the small action tickling her stomach.
"It was an accident sorry."
"Guys did you hear that?!" Jeonghan said
"Don't worry Yoru, you'll win for sure."
"Go kick their asses!"
Yoru giggled at how cute the boys were, she shook her head
"She's just like Kihyo..."
Jihoon quietly whispered, a small smile making its way to his face.
