Rachel's pov:
"Finn this apartment is perfect for us." I said .
"I agree ." He told me .
"So how much is it ?" I asked him .
"Well it's 2000 a month." He said .
"2000!" I said surprised .
"I know it's crazy ." He said .
"Do you think we can afford it ?" I asked him .
"I don't know babe it's really pricy ." He said .
"Yeah but I still have my broadway money and you have some money left too . Plus this is our dream apartment . What do you say Finn , let's buy a home ." I said .
He smiled and kissed me ,
"Okay let's do it ." He said.
I smiled and squealed
"What do you say we go break in our new home?" I asked him.
He caught on to what I meant ,
"Yeah let's do it." He said and we ran into the first room.
(Present day )
Rachel's pov:
I made breakfast for Kalyn and I before she had to go to school when there was a knock on the door .
"That must be your dad and Rose ." I said .
"Mama I want you to take me to school." She told me .
"I know and I promise I will tomorrow but I have an early rehearsal today for Wicked ." I told her .
She looked at me disappointed and said ,
"Okay."
I lifted her chin and said ,
"Hey , I love you peanut." And gave her a kiss and opened the door to see Finn standing there with his botox induced girlfriend Rose .
"Hello Rachel." Finn said .
"Hello Finn, Rose." I said trying to be civil.
"Rachel." She said .
"Daddy!" Kalyn said excited .
"Hey Bug!" He said and gave her a hug.
"Bye mama!" Kalyn said .
"Bye baby !" I said and they left .
I watched as they walked down the hallway as a family thinking how it should've been us .
